BrickandLace:You are a genius. How did you know it? I am puzzled because it's an incomplete write up to be completed in the coming days ahead. |
The 2027 Presidential election will be one of the highly contested and violent election ever to be recorded in this nation. The mandate is " President Tinubu must win." During the build up to this election, the economy had grown to a very irredeemable state and poverty was having it's sting on the people. The price of petrol had skyrocketed and there was a general apathy towards the APC and the incumbent president. The presidency knew that there was no way they could persuade Nigerians to vote for them. Some Nigerians stood aloof avowing never to vote. The opposition were singing the failures of the Tinubu's government in the languages the electorates will understand. The sitting government mandated that the APC governors to win their respective states for the president via whatever means available. Tinubu must not repeat the mistakes of Jonathan who had been denied the presidential ticket. The governors worked with the political thugs the security agents to ensure a win for the president. For Tinubu to win his last election, the foreign observers where bared from covering this election. The Federal government had prepared the military, INEC and the judiciary as her watchdogs to ensure that nothing must go amiss. The people and the opposition also insisted that votes must be physically counted in their presence at the voting units. The thugs came armed and chased them away. There were gunshots that took away innocent lives of those who insisted results must be pronounced at voting centres. The North had queued behind Atiku while the East pitched their tents behind their son Peter Obi. Tinubu was left with the middle belt and Southern part of the country. The votes were counted. He won. The judiciary was set to entertain the dissents. The people cried. Another four years journey of Oblivion is about to commence. |
Some say polygamy is a sin without any scriptural affirmation. Some will quote the old testament patriarchs like David and Abraham who had concubines as being justified by God. The new testament only qualify bishops and church workers to be husbands of one wife. Will a Christian will more than one wife go to hell? |
I mistakenly transferred the sum of one hundred thousand naira to a wrong fairmoney account holder yesterday. I sent a mail to the company with the bank details of the recipient and mine. I used my fairmoney account to send the money. I didn't get a favourable response from the app company. I was told that the recipient would be contacted as soon as he has sufficient amount in his account. I will only get a refund if he instruct them to do so. I need urgent help cos the money was meant for my daughter's school fees. This incidence happened to me cos I lost my recommended glasses and am expecting another soonest. Thanks for your anticipated advice. |
It is high time the FCT minister resigns from the PBAT government before he is asked to step aside. Wike believed that the President has betrayed his trust in the ongoing war between himself and Fubara. It is no longer news that Wike will eventually lost in this war. President Tinubu has Fubara on his side by supporting his overtures to the APC. This is something Wike termed "betrayer". The fall of Wike will end his political dominance in Rivers State. It will Mark the beginning of a new dawn. Wike will never join the APC and the party will never Fubara to be disgraced out of office. Wike will fight against the APC in River State at its appointed time. |
Presently, Peter Obi has no political party to actualize his ambition. The myopic Obidients haven't seen this that their leader has no political platform to contest. Atiku Abubakar has not given off on his political ambition of becoming the next president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This man will surely be the presidential flagbearer for the ADC, a party where Obi will be contesting the primaries with Atiku. Atiku will definitely defeat him at the primaries and clinch the ticket. The serial loser may not step down for Peter Obi. I really wished Obi to contest in the 2027 Presidential election but on which party will he do this? |
RollinTNDA:God still heals the sick according to His Word. On the 28th December, 2024, I had stroke. Half of my body was paralysed. I didn't send for any pastor. I prayed and same day God healed me completely. I will this testimony in due course. My daughter was also healed of skin disease that has defied healing for eight years. I prayed and the Lord healed her completely. So many healing testimonies. Glory to the Great Physician Jesus Christ. |

No doubt, Tinubu is doing a great job. |
Personally, I belong to the school of thoughts that the former president Goodluck Jonathan will be the strongest contender for the highest executive office come 2027. In May 2025, his wife told Nigerians that they are not returning to Ask Rock. She gave very important reasons such as the stress of governance and enjoying a serene lifestyle. They have been there before and nothing is new to them. Of course, Nigerians would expect Jonathan to retire in peace have done so well during his tenure to restore Nigeria to her lost glory. We never saw what we are experiencing today coming when he was in power. His popular appellation then was the "clueless president." His government too was corrupt but the Nigeria economy was on a strong footing. Today, the narrative has changed when we justapoxe his economic achievements with that of the current administration. This most have informed the urgent call for his return from certain quarters. The question that begs for answer is, will the Otuoke man listen to these strange callers and do their bidding? Of course, its not been easy for the sitting government who has been working assiduously to turn water to wine to put the nation on the roadmap of total recovery. The Tinubu government is not doing bad with his policies to make Nigeria the true giant of Africa. We have seen many of his achievements applauded by the International community including the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Nigerians in the Northeast are returning to their Ancestral home as a result of the landmark victory against insurgency. There has been a gradual restoration of our economic life with the stability of the exchange rate. Is this the man that Goodluck Jonathan will contest against? I am very optimistic that former president Goodluck Jonathan will chose his battle wisely. He will remember how Jagaban removed a sitting president in Nigeria. His coming back will be chaotic and am sure he would not be pleased to see Nigerians die because of him. The odds are definitely against him. His scheduled time is past. His return will or may divide the Southern votes and usher in another Northerner to power. I am sure that Jonathan being a progressive Southerner will not like that. It will run foul of the power of rotary governance in Nigeria. I love Goodluck Jonathan but I will wish he remains as a respected elder stateman. He left when the ovation was loud and Nigeria isn't the way he left a decade ago. His return would rub off on his good name and legacies. |

Let them produce their proofs or rot in jail. Its time people take responsibility for their actions on the cyberspace. |
oonureni:Well, I can relate to this. My daughter has a good score last year but unfortunately, she wasn't given admission. So she retook jamb this year and they gave her 155. She couldn't believe it. I have to console her till now. I know she really tried by burning the midnight candles and had sleepless nights just because of jamb exam. I believe that jamb has to recheck their database. I even heard that people who didn't write the exam scored 300+. Like how?? Hmm it's well with Jamb |
I love VDM. I love his charisma and doggedness. He is brave and articulate. He is loved by the Nigeria youth and earned the appelation of PRESIDENT OF THE NIGERIA YOUTH. I have watched many of his videos online as one of his followers. I discovered he makes unguided statements that could get him into trouble. His recent arrrest at the GTB may be unconnected with the bank. The bank created the alibi for his arrest. This is because he had gone there with his mum to lodge a complain about inlawful withdrawals from his mum's account. He might have been trailed by the EFCC to the bank and waited for his exit before arresting him. He was not arrested within the bank premises or in the banking hall. They could have effected the arrest there. That would have sent a wrong signal. The sins of VDM in my candid opinion may be bordered on cyberbulling. The rejoinder he sent to the Arewa youth president might have prompted a petition on cyberbullying. The EFCC also came on the cyber backlash. How dare you accuse the agency of corruption which you cannot prove. How can you tell the world that you have moles planted in the EFCC. He really goofed and his time is up. His fanbase and the huge support he enjoys from the Nigeria people might have gotten into his head forgetting that he is not above the law. I also read something online about VDM and Chioma Chinwe which I cannot wrap my head around. I am afraid his videos are enough evidence the court will.rely upon. Nigeria is a country I cannot die for. If he choses to die for his country, good for him. His name will be written in gold in the annals of the activists who sacrificed their lives for Nigerians. I pray Providence help him to come out unscathe from this trouble. There is absolutely nothing anyone can do since the law is the final arbiter. The EFCC will do everything within the confines of their powers to seek a pound of flesh. I pray the Lord see him through. |
In March this year at Adamawa State, the president son SEYI boasted that his father the incumbent president Tinubu is the greatest Nigeria president. This assertion didn't go down well with many Nigerians who are at the receiving end of the anti people policy of his father. This unfounded gloat by SEYI must have informed the reasons why Eedris to release his song in response to his claim that president is the best president Nigeria has ever produced. We all know that this is not true. No reprieve has come to Nigerians since the inception of this administration. Insecurity and inflation has been on the increase. With the NBC ban on Eedris song, in my opinion, it may be the peoples mantra come 2027. Already the song is making waves on the social media. If by 2027, succour has not come the way of the populace, this song and the reality on ground with demarket the APC. The opposition will use it as their campaign tool against the APC. Maybe that will be time the DSS may come for Eedris arrest. |
In my candid opinion, he may not contest the 2027 presidential election. The odds are strongly against him for the following reasons: 1. Tinubu has grown his support base cutting across the six geopolitical Bloc. 2. Peter Obi on the other hand has lost many of his key supporters with the current wave of defection of Labour Party members to the ruling APC. 3. Currently, the south east are strongly in support of president Tinubu economic policies. 4. Peter Obi may not be persuaded to invest his money in this election he knows he may not win. 5. The North will ensure that Tinubu completes his second tenure in office for the emergence of a Northern presidency come 2027. What's your take on this? |
The return of Donald Trump in America was unprecedented. The Americans wanted him back to White House because of his precedence. The same feat is a achievable in Nigeria if former president Goodluck Jonathan is allowed to run for the prestigious office. He had the magic wand backed by Providence that made Nigeria workable. During his regime, Nigerians never believed that we could be in our present condition. Even though his government was accused of massive corruption, he understood the dynamics of governance that put smiles on the face of the governed. Not everyone is destined to rule a nation neither does Providence interfer in the democracy of any sovereign nation. Nigerians have learned over the years in a very hard way. Some of the unlucky ones had embraced suicide as the only option to end their woes. Our youths now leave the country in droves to other countries to seek for greener pastures. Japa was unknown during the Jonathan era. As it stands today, no Nigeria will wish a return of Buhari to power. He wasted eight years to achieve nothing for the country. He laid the foundation upon which this government operate. The Tinubu administration isn't doing bad at all just that the government policy has not brought succour to the hapless masses who had anticipated a great relief. The Lagos template didn't work at the centre. The antecedents of Goodluck Jonathan will endear him to Nigerians if he decides to run for the presidency come 2027. His return will stir the hornets net and excite Nigerians. It will Mark the beginning of a new Dawn and send jitters into the APC camp. |
Exactly what happened to me two years ago. |

Recently, the social media has been inundated about Idris Okuneye populary call Bobrisky prison itinerary. The cross dresser was jailed for six month by a High Court in Lagos for naira abuse. Emerging revelations has shown that the crossdresser spent only three weeks out of the six months in kirikiri - courtesy of EFCC and the correctional officers. If the ongoing investigation turns out in the affirmative, will this fellow return back to prison to serve the remaining term in the prison. I am not a lawyer. What's your take on this lawyers in the house? |
Happy birthday auntie Remi. I wish you many blissful and fruitful years ahead. May your days be blessed. |
It is on record that the Dangote refinery has a refinery capacity of 650,000 mdd or bbd or whatever. But we are told that it has the capacity to meet our local pms demand. Nigerians including my humble self had been waiting to see the day Dangote will churn out his pms. We all were glad when eventually he did. We all had expectations too that his refined products would ameliorate the current economic challenges faced by Nigerians. The cabals and NNPCL took over the refinery and made it a law that only NNPCL can buy PMS and sell to marketers. It is very clear that it was because of Dangote refinery that other refineries like the Kaduna, Warri and Port Harcourt refineries are still in comatose. Dangote enjoys monopoly which he has enjoyed in some products like cement. Nigerians had anticipated a price reduction in the pump price of PMS but the reverse has been the case. The independent marketers will stop at nothing to frustrate Dangote and his allies who are bent on making Nigerians go through more harrowing experience. The imported PMS will sell below Dangote's price and this is the only way Dangote will succumb and bring down his outrageous price. It's is very glaring that the NNPCL are being used to frustrate the N70,000 minimum wage. With the importation of PMS, that may be the game changer Nigerians have been waiting for. I may be wrong anyway. I am open to criticism. God bless you all. |

I have searched the Bible and cannot count up to ten prophets or Kings who gave tithes in the old testament. Solomon gave a thousand burnt offerings to God. He was accepted by God. Can you mention ten prophets or Kings who gave their tithes in the old testament? Can you mention any five persons in the Acts of the Apostles who paid tithe? I want some clarity because the issue of tithing has enriched a lot of pastors who lived luxurious lives while their members live in penury. |
