@ topic, most of them think we live on trees, don't have means of modern transportation, we don't speak english, we eat once a day (if at all) , Africa is a country. . . . the list goes on. And its funny cos they have the resources to see what is going on around the world. but i guess they choose to remain ignorant |

@ buchio7, I'm sure more than 3000 innocent lives have been lost in iraq. So i guess the US had better prepare for an attack from iraq or some iraqis' in the future (near or distant).Yes US has a right to defend itself. All that time they spent in Iraq could have been spent looking for Bin Laden. How Iraq now represented Bin Laden, I'm yet to figure I don't have iraq on the list because saddam who was the central theme behind iraqs invation is no longer a factor . you mean wrongful iraq invasion. Like you said, we would keep going back and forward on this argument, so we better quit. And once again: America has not earned the right to police the world. |
Politics › Re: Does America Earn The Right To Police The World? Is it a Divine Duty? by nilla(f): 7:15pm On Nov 24, 2006 |
@ buchio, any country that has WMD is a threat to the countries that dont have period. I'm an anti-weapon person. but if some have, others have a right to have. So i'm not going to worry my head thinking what would have happpened if those "bad guys" you mentioned below had WMDS. in my opinion Bush has being acting like a "Bad guy" too. the definition of an enemy by the u.s. is anything or anybody who poses a threat to u.s. economic, political or social climate and in that frame i can give u 3 examples, iran,north-korea,syria, Why don't you have iraq on that list? and i guess we should expect an attack on those 3 countries right i think we are kind of derailing the thread though. what do you think? |

@ gist, nice post. Johnny: Which hiden agenda? Another trash at nairaland. Any reasonable person in any part of the world, irrespective of religious, political or ethnical difference will destroy terrorism and its promoters and supporters seeing the basterdised act carried on innocent, happy, educated and social beings on Sep.11th. in the US. The hunt for terrorists in Iraq and other terrorists' haven in the world will continue. Which innocent people dying in Iraq are you talking about? Have you the facts that US led troop in Iraq are responsible for the casualty? I hate aguements not based on facts. Meanwhile, you go and arrest and jail Bush. Please can you show us the facts that innocent people are not dying |
Politics › Re: Does America Earn The Right To Police The World? Is it a Divine Duty? by nilla(f): 6:54pm On Nov 24, 2006 |
buchio7: like it or nt they have a right to engage an enemy who is seen as a threat to dere security, economy e.t.c. if dey didnt operate like that world war II would nt have ended in a good note because if u look at it incisively it was when america came into the war that the allies actually started conquering the germans from the west i am not really sure what to comment because my comment was to IBEXY on divine intervention . . .regarding the antichrist. but. . . yes they have a right to engage whoever is a threat to them. so can you tell me who's their threat? Iraq regarding the world war II ending on a good note . . all i can remember is they are the ones that used the WMD that they are so intent on not letting others have |

mamaput: That is so funny . Well any one in public has to face things like this. By the way This may be an insult to the Monkey not to Bush. Because Anamils will never do the things he dose. Seun yes get rid of this Trend the Monkey is innocent. he he he he *rolling on the floor with laughter* |

Seun: The manner in which American residents jump to the defence of bad presidents borders on the religious. Have you been brainwashed or something? Is there a cult of the president that immigrants are made to join? your cracking me up . I wonder the same thing too. |
