Tinapa to issue N18 billion IPO next year

•Wal-Mart eyes project Tinapa Free Trade Zone and Resort has concluded plans to raise between N16-billion and N18-billion through an initial public offer (IPO) from the capital market early next year.

And Wall Mart, a global supermarket chain, has indicated interest in taking shopping space at the complex.

Sam Anani, chief executive officer of the multi-billion naira business and leisure complex in Calabar, says that Tinapa also plans to raise money from the off-shore market.
