yes, during paypal account creation I was asked to upload means of identification which I did, it is there on the guide. No it was never limited.

Once your account is verified you are good to go

But is advisable that

1) you dont withdraw funds immediately it hits your account allow is for at least 48hrs due to there charge back policy, the person who paid you might request a charge back, so In other to appear clean to paypal, if you get funds allow it for at least 48 hrs

2) Don't try doing more than the monthly withdrawal limit.

If you are expecting say 5000 USD try to know withdrawal limits
If it doesn't suite you, then better receive your 5000$ through wire transfer or BTC.

Also make sure you are accepting funds from clean source,
Don't accept funds from fraudulent PayPal accounts, stick to popular companies or trustworthy individuals.

Please use your real details
Choose business account
Please and please use real details, no need to fake your details, PayPal will detect
Some will want to lie base on location...No don't bother paypal is aware that you are Nigerian
The treat you as an international business personnel that's why you are given permission to operate a PayPal account despite being in Nigeria
Also Avoid VPN when logging in or doing anything with PayPal.
Lastly if the ask for added documents to verify your account, send them your legit documents the will accept it..
My friend was asked to provide proof of address he submitted his real Nigeria address and it was successful.
Now he uses his PayPal freely
