I'm currently facing this problem, mine is from access bank to Zenith bank. First report to your bank and provide evidence that the transaction was successful. You will be required to right a statement on the said transaction in the bank. Mine is yet to be resolved as it's a case of inter bank transaction. My next move after this week will be to write to CBN.

Guys, please I sincerely need help with this.

A (sender)... B (middleman)... C (Me)

A sent money to B, to buy Bitcoin.
B received money from A, and reached out to me to buy Bitcoin
I received payment from B (#90,000), and I sent the Bitcoin to A's wallet.

Now, the bank of A is filing a case that it was a fraudulent transaction and traced the funds to B's and my account.
B's account has been restricted and reading -ve
My account has been restricted and the bank is saying I have to fund my account up to the 90k, so it can be deducted and refunded (for a transaction where my direct buyer, B (middleman) received value for)

I wasn't aware this was a middleman deal, and I have KYC for B (my direct buyer).

Please what can I do?

Let me do you one better. How bout, you buy airtime from rechargedotcom and then you transfer to aimtoget and then withdraw it to your bank when you like. Did some homework, it should be about the same as the $5 Africard charges, give or take a few. I haven't used it so, someone tell me if I'm on to something here. Cheers.

Got $250 inbound offer Sunday. Countered with $300 and gave him 24hrs to buy. He didn't buy. I revoked the $300 offer.

He sent a $275 offer the next day. I accepted.

Could have been patient for better offers, but.... I needed cash for more names.
