This does not sound right. Moreso, the 3-4-3 formation suggests that very few midfielders are required, hence the reason for Ugarte and Maino (including Mount) on the bench.

If he’s not getting the results you want, get rid of him. Simple. Don’t try to solve onfield problems for him or tell him how he should coach. It will only make the players undermine him and no one can survive in that kind of environment.

Again, it’s a short term thing. Likely a few weeks. Why are you bothered? It doesn’t matter if they force him to play a certain style. I don’t see why anyone should be worried. Wait until they get the next permanent manager.
