The one I'm still confused about is the movement of the FB when the winger has the ball. Our wingers will always want to cut in, why don't the FBs make a run down the byline in anticipation of a pass. This will draw a defender away from the winger, and provide options for the winger. But no, they don't make those runs. Everyone wants to come inside to the midfield

It's common knowledge that we don't create enough. Our fullbacks don't even send in adequate crosses, although they are improving. We discussed how we could not play in crosses in that Sociedad game.

The point is we are not creating enough chances. Our attackers are not that great. But it would have resulted to a lot of big chances missed if the chances were coming. Like you said, it's not black and white. When you watch the games you will have a clearer view.
