If you think otherwise then it's obvious that you have not paid close attention to our signings and performances over the years...Varane can't be shit all of a sudden same with Sancho, Ronaldo etc We are just a team of individuals which is why we often struggle...The day we get a coach that will have us playing as a well drilled unit is the day we will start challenging again...

As e be now, even if we sign Mbappe, Haaland, Hakimi, Kimmich etc we will still struggle to win games convincingly...

My point at that time was it was too big a risk. A risk we couldn’t afford to take at that point. And I was definitely right.

You judged him because he did not play good football. He was relying on counterattacks and defensive play to win games, which was not sustainable.

Rauf is not creative. He is quite rigid and docile. I am very happy that we have him on a six month contract. He should get behind the scenes and allow a young and creative person in the front office.
