I received an invite for the test on Saturday in PH, problem is I'm in Lagos and can't make it to PH by Saturday. I'd like to know if I can change venues to Lag or better yet, write the test in PH at a later date so PLEASE DOES ANYONE HAVE THE CONTACT NUMBER OF THEIR HR??

Don't base in PH btw so don't know why I was scheduled there

She said dat d TS may run up to 5 batches (I said may).. Nd again it's according to d date u had ur first interview so if u are among d first interviewers den u should expect to come in maybe next batch depending if u were succesful.. She said d MD is very busy buh probably once dis present guys in ts are out another batch wll be called in.. Ask ur question if u have any

I should think so. Since the current TS was reduced to 2months instead of the usual 3, I believe that's most likely to speed up things for the next batch

Just a little info for us.

TS starts tomorrow 7th and it's to span for 2months.

And yeah, Fidelity only has one TS; Fidelity Crest Academy, located in Lekki.

If that's the case, then the better thing to do though is to inform those who have been cut so they take their mind off the process, rather than leaving everybody hanging like this for probably the whole year that the process will take.

I applied for this earlier too but wasn't invited and I just logged on to my page to find. "Application Rejected/This application has not been approved. Do not come with this slip to the exam centre". Dont really know if to take that as a final verdict I've been cut off due to the use of "HAS NOT BEEN approved". Anyone in the same situation or info about this please?

And I also noticed under my secondary school info, it says "No institution found". My university details ain't showing up. Is there any way to edit this on the profile?

It wasn't a mistake. It's just fate. It doesn't happen always but it happens. I know people who have gotten called for TMI again, even after getting regret mail from the first. So, obviously, God is on your side. Just prepare well and make the best use of the opportunity this time. Goodluck

Training school with most of these banks are usually in batches. So someone saying TS is starting mid-July doesnt mean every other person's chances are ruled out. We should all try to panic less, no cause for alarm yet. After all, it was said earlier on this thread that they'll be taking 198+ people for Lagos zone alone, and if that info is correct, then there's definitely enough room to be filled in other zones and no TS would be able to take all that number of people at a time. Nor be Federal University. The wait may be long but we must have all come to know by now recruitment process in naija is sometimes like that. The day I had my interview, there was someone who did his test since last year being interviewed that day, so we all should keep hope. Only 27 were interviewed in Enugu, so space still full ground. Try get on other things to keep your mind off it. No matter how long it takes us to wait, so long as in the end it's fruitful.

I also did my second interview that same day. The MD said he was highly impressed with the Enugu candidates unlike those of Lagos candidates....I don't understand what that meant. He also said TS will commence mid July so we're waiting. I trust yours was successful. Pm me so I can discuss something with you.

Why attacking the dude really? He didn't say anything actually wrong. He just said what the MD said. Whether he understood or not is not an issue. I'm sure he probably came across some interview questions he didn't understand so would you ask he keeps it to himself too because him no understand? After all na una ask am for feedback from the interview, and as far as I know, he is the only person that came on here to give us such info about the 2nd interview and now we're gonna rebuff him because we don't like his account of the session? Not cool sir.

Question But as for d duration btw panel and top management, it depends. One can not just know. In fact you may
Iget d mail when you least expects. I got mine a week and 2days after panel interview. While some got 2 or 3 weeks after panel.
But after my top mgt no news till now. N dat is like since three months ago.

Please for those who have had their Top Management or Final Interviews. How long after the Panel Interview did it take to get the TMI invite?
And anyone knows if those who did the test and PI outside Lagos are gonna have to go to lag still for the Final? Anyone from outside Lagos who's had Top M. Interview this year's? Please help with some info.

You can't really tell what time it's gonna start. You'll only have a better chance if yours is the first batch of the day, so you ain't necessarily waiting for anybody to be done with the iPads. But the test is 60mins, 45mins and 10mins in that order, and they set you up for the next once you're done with one. So your speed on each could determine when you leave there as well. That's if they don't pull a Panel Interview on you same day like they did @RealObserver by the way.

And just a heads up guys, try as much as possible to know the bank's mission. It's quite lengthy but cram it if you will. Almost flopped on that today. Just had to rephrase the last line of it and thankfully my panel wasn't totally stern. They were "forgiving". Don't know how yours might be

5 stages. Quantitative, (50 marks pass mark), Verbal (50 marks pass mark), then Essay, and PDA or psychometric test. My essay question was "in not more than 200 words, describe your three best accomplishments", yours may b different. My interview held next day.
