Please I'd like to confirm if Poland embassy still allows people going for visa interview to legalise documents for others? I urgently need answers please

That is if I have my visa appointment date and I go for my interview and legalise my document, can I still submit documents for another person as well?
I know they were doing that before, dunno if it's still same now

Does Poland appeal letter have to be written by a lawyer or the student should write and have it notarized?

The school gave me one but I still got no.8 refusal so wondering what else could be added to that for appeal.
I was told booking.com no longer works for accomodation though. Is that wrong?

If its for the embassy appointment, you can use Booking.com or speak with your school. Most schools have arrangements with private hostel facilities, so they can give you a contact or they book a space for you.

I don't believe they do. Account statements is what I used

Yes, I did all those. Insurance is even scheduled to start a month before my departure date. My accomodation is school dormitory and start date is 1st October, insurance is scheduled to start a month before that date and flight itinerary is about 2-3days before same resumption date

I had submitted the school acceptance letter and other docs, tuition payment, accomodation offer from the school too. Is there anything else I could've missed and can use to appeal please?

I know it's 6months account statement that is required but please how long does the POF have to be in your account before the appointment date? Does it have to stay in the account for like 30days first or it's just required as account balance from the date of interview to approval?

Please I'd like to know if it's still acceptable to use a sponsor with a different surname from yours for visa application. Has anyone been successful with this lately?

My only other option/relative with same surname, but her bank account has her name&maiden name not our surname and the turnover on the account previously isn't impressive, but we could inflow money in to have a good balance for the visa purpose. I'd like to know if this will be acceptable and I'm open to other advice please

Pardon me if this was already asked please. But with the comment in bold below, do you mean one has to have the POF blocked in France? Or is an account statement from a Nigeria bank good enough for the visa process? How would blocked fund apply to a candidate's guarantor please? And how many months statement is required for both self-sponsored and guarantors please?

1. Public schools you can pay when you get there. For private schools you will be expected to pay full or part for visa processing.

2. The money expected in your account is 615 euros times 12.

3. Tbh the only requirement that was stated as proof of funds is the 615 (blocked or personal). Because some schools take 3 to 6 Installments I don’t know how that works at the Visa level. The school fees is not part of the 615 that’s only the average cost of living in France as a student.

You can renew your old passport that is above 6 months but it most be in Abuja and not state. Look for means to go and do it in Abuja. Got authentication and legalization you can send someone, but first what is more important is authentication because many schools will accept your application when you do only authentication.

Good day guys. I'm just starting my application process and need guidance on a few issues:

1. I'm planning to apply for the October or February school session but my international passport expires in January 2023. I was told the Polish embassy will only give visa if the Passport is valid for at least another 2years. Please how dp I go about renewing my passport in time for applications as my friend who had similar issue was told he can't apply for renewal until 6months to expiry.

2. Can I go ahead to process my application with my current passport and then update my details later if I can get a renewal or will that pose a problem to me later?

3. How possible is it to get authentication and legalisation done for uou by someone else as I am currently working and can not make it to Abuja?

I was scheduled for the PH interview of Thursday but I'm currently in Lagos and couldn't make it, called HR to get mine relocated to Lagos and they said they'll look into it so I wanna know if Lag interviews have commenced coz I haven't gotten any invite yet.

That's not totally correct. I took the test with the 1st batch and I'm not a 1st class holder.
Unless by "1st stage" you meant something else

1. Credit Bureau Report - I don't know much about that.
2. Postage Stamp - you can get that at any NIPOST office, standard stationery stores or book shops. These are easily accessible at Marina, the bank's head office.
3. Notary Seal - you can get this from some law Chambers or any known rotary lawyer. The good news is that somehow at every documentation or during the TS, one or two rotary lawyers always come around to help out.

Your documentation mail already specified when you're to submit the documents, check again and don't go be late.

Same one section I did. And I noticed same too. Had to send a mail to Diamond informing them of the difference in exams. I think you should do so too. Because if we're graded based on just one section as against two others did, it'll be really unfair.

Did anyone else from the Owerri test centre receive a call from Diamond HR confirming if you were able to do your test?

Just put a call through to the contact person and the confusion has been resolved. Thumbs up to them
