Yellowish eyes experienced by people living with sickle cell is caused by a build up of a chemical released when the red blood cells die.

People living with Sickle cell are advised to drink lot of water to flush out the chemicals from their body. I'll advice you make drinking lot of water an habit.

Likewise avoid sugar and don't feel embarrassed by it. Watch out for any difference
