emmanuelewumi: Easier to turn N1000 to N1 million in 5 years, but it is extremely difficult to turn N1 millon to N1 billion in 5 years
Not impossible but extremely difficult.
N1000x1000= N1 million
N1 million x1000= N1 billion We are talking in the realm of billions, Sir. Billion naira investments should birth billion naira returns within the right frameworks. Billionaire investors should have billionaire appetite and billionaire patience! |

emmanuelewumi: Easier said, what is the annual growth rate of this Investment? What is the duration of this Investment?
At a very conservative return of 15% per annum N4 billion will be grown and compounded to N16 billion in 10 years Big guys with big money and big ideas rarely have the short term in mind. |

If one has N4b at his disposal
Being conservative will not hurt that much lol ; Well, different strokes for different folks. Do know, however, that it's even easier to grow N4b to N40b with the right investment knowledge and risk appetite. God forbid it that He will entrust N4b in my care and I would give to the 'federal' gofament of naijayria in return for a miserly 4% per annum. Olorun maje! |

Investors will always make investment decisions that are proportional to the level of their risk tolerance.
However, global economic dynamics necessitates a continuous review of investment portfolios so as to make required divestment decisions in order to cut losses and maximise returns.
In my honest opinion, being overly conservative and risk- averse is a big economic flaw! |

Hi all. I think fuel efficiency should be calculated by knowing the amount of fuel bought in litres and the distance driven with that quantity in terms of mileage. Factors to also consider include air conditioner usage as well as whether the distance driven was on highway or city or a mix of both.
It is only after considering all the factors involved that the true efficiency or otherwise can be known.
Simply saying u bought so-and-so amount of fuel and used it for a week would never give you the true mpg.
Worthy of note also is the condition of the vehicle, and the fact that so many gas stations in Nigeria have their fuel pumps tampered such that if for instance u payed for 10 litres of gasoline, what u actually got was 8 litres or less.
Happy Sunday to you all. |

Fingalin: Hey folks, the roaring noise turned out to be the rear bearing afterall, differential is still working fine. Just bought new seals and installed them to stop the leak. So no leaks anymore and noise is gone, though i hear alot of road noise when I hit say 70 to 80 mph. Mech says its the tires. Or maybe it's just me expecting a dead silent ride. All the same lesson learnt. Good news! Enjoy your ride. |

Jaystye34: I have 2.5m-3m. RAV4 07-08 and rx 330 04-05.. which is the best car to go for for tokunbo.. your comment is needed Hi @Jaystye34. Please avoid the 07/08 RAV4, especially the 4 cylinder engines. Too many issues on those model years. Your option, the 04/05 RX 330, is a great vehicle. Just do well to get one with a good history and condition. Should you prefer owning a RAV4, please consider looking at the 2010/2011 models. Do know, however, that they are quite pricey. Best wishes! |

Fingalin: Thanks @ Niyoni..it's actually H. Which leads me to this pictures attached...I noticed that place is greasy. It's not dropping oil yet, just greasy. I guess it's the differential. Please advise on what to do or I should ignore it. The roaring noise is still there when I drive the car. Please see attached pictures. Hi @Fingalin. Kindly follow @KINGreignn advice. Have a COMPETENT auto mechanic diagnose the problem and proffer the right solution. The rear differential is a vital component of the AWD system. Pls do not ignore. Regards. |

Deoboss: Ok if letter H on the Vin meams all wheel drive & G means front will drive.
If the fourth character is then letter B what does this stand for? Hi @Deoboss. If the fourth character on your VIN is: B- it's an AWD. Z- it's a FWD. |
Car Talk › Re: Club-Lexus by niyoni: 3:08pm On Apr 08, 2020 |
Fingalin: Truth is I don't know if that car is FWD or AWD, where can I check please? Cos since I bought it the glove compartment has been jammed so I haven't seen the manual. Anyway I would like to know the estimated cost to fix the rear wheel noise thing. Thanks @Fingalin. Check the 4th character of your VIN(number) by the door of your driver side. If its G, it's front wheel drive. If it's H, it's all wheel drive. |

DigitalMallam: If you have been following the thread lately, other viable options were suggested some of which are MMF, FGN saving bond, FGN bond, invest with digital agric & fin tech (caveat emptor). Crowdyvest offered 22% for those who bought into their plentywaka - you can see the buses along Ajah routes. Stocks for those who has the knowledge. You can also venture into Ghana tb currently doing about 17.5% p. a provided you can obtain the required documentation (residents permit). You can also convert you fund into hard currency $,£,€ etc and do eurobond (you preserve you loot in case of devaluation of naira by our voodoo economist cum cbn gov)
Some microfinance bank are also returning attractive % depending on your risk appetite.
So the choice is yours to make. Thanks. |

Fellow TB brethren, I greet you all. Now that TB interest rates are continuously dipping, please can anyone here kindly suggest a viable and profitable business that one can do? Money must be productive and not be dormant. I don't want to leave money doing nothing in my accounts.
I understand that this thread is mainly for TB but the bottom line is to make more money for ourselves.
Sensible leads and suggestions are highly welcome. |
