Please I need an advise where I can get a competent place(either Lagos or Abuja ) to learn the above subject matter from scratch. Mind you I am a newbie in it and would want after the exercise I should be able to boast of what I have learnt.

Mind you am answering his question. If he has heard of some parastatals that employed 3rd class despite stating 2.2 with masters as minimum then why did u have to ask us such. Application is free so even if u have 10th class you can still apply. But asking us if 3rd class can apply when you could read their requirement is just unbelievable.

I do not think so for I believe when they see applications with such date of birth, something should tell them it was an error. However, your true age should be seen on your either birth certificate or age declaration been uploaded. Thinking out loud!
