Job Description
• Overseeing the cultivation and maintenance of plants and crops managing weed/pest/disease control programmes analysing horticultural yields, operational costs and financial returns maintaining financial and administrative records supervising and training staff
• Developing new products
• Negotiating contracts with buyers and suppliers liaising with colleagues, local officials, customers, professional groups etc. ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met within set budgets
Qualifications / Competencies
• A Higher Diploma / Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Soil / Earth Sciences and 2 / 3years working experience in a related role.
• Direct experience with greenhouse farming will be a definite advantage.



2. Cleaner
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Daily cleaning of the compound and garden area.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in all offices, boardroom, restrooms, garden, and other areas as assigned.
• Daily and frequent cleaning of toilets; replenishing toilet supplies - soap, handwash, air freshener, and tissue paper are available when needed.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Cleaning the fridge, microwave, and kitchen work surface weekly.
• Report any office maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents to the designated supervisor promptly.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum of SSCE
• Must have at least one-year experience in a similar position
• Good numeracy, written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to details and accuracy.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the maintenance of office and residential facilities.
• Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND in Civil or Construction Engineering)
• COREN registration or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• SAP and/or Computer-Aided Facility Management experience and know-how


SOFT SERVICES MANAGER

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in providing tenant services (janitorial/cleaning/catering/mail/reprographics, etc.) in office and residential facilities

• Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent in a relevant discipline

• SAP and/or Computer-Aided Facility Management experience and know-how



SHE AND QUALITY MANAGER

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing safety systems and procedures in the construction industry or facilities management sector
• Relevant SHE qualifications (NEBOSH, etc.)




FINANCIAL AND CONTROLS MANAGER

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years‘ experience in financial management and reporting for contracts of similar scale and complexity
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant financial discipline.
• ICAN or ACCA certification
• SAP experience and know-how






MAINTENANCE PLANNER / TECHNICIAN

Requirements:
