They told me they escalated it to ukvisa.but they haven't recieved any reply yet.

How did u do it.who did u contact plz.

Nna eeh,I have sacrificed my passport and marriage cert and others for my husband vusa.it has being 2 months now no documents returned.i have being tossed from one end to other.so I have decided to get a new passport.any one have any ideas plz.

Plz someone help me.i still haven't recieved my documents.ukvi escalated the issue and gave me a ref number.it has being more than 10 days.ukvi are not helpful anymore.the number I called that I had to pay don't exist anymore.

Tunderule, justwise can u tell me how to get my documents back.i have called them but the number doesn't get me to speak to someone. I need my marriage cert and passport urgently.i have sent envelops twice.but am worried cos I didn't have a postage stamp on it ,they won't send it to me.

Applications submitted at a Visa Application Centre will be returned there for you to collect.

Applications submitted in Nigeria Visa Application Centres, Accra, Yaounde, Dakar, Banjul will be available for collection 3 - 5 days after receipt of this email. Please do not attend these VACs until this time has passed, or until you are notified that your documents are ready for collection.

If your visa has been Issued after a successful Appeal please go to the VAC 5 days after the receipt of this email. The VAC will not contact you regarding this.
