The question is: did anyone who scored below 40 get the invite.

I think 40 is a good average score they could have used, considering the first test had some hitches.

Kindly signify if you had a score less than 40 and was invited.
My dear, I think only God knows the criteria that they used for the shortlisting. Someone has already indicated that he/she got 63% yet no text or mail message.

Please, can anyone constitutionally answer the following questions:
Is Nigeria a federal republic?
When did Nigeria gain her independence?
When did Nigeria become a federal republic?
What is the definition of tiers of government in Nigeria and how many tiers of government do we have in Nigeria?
Why is that the 774 local government areas in Nigeria are not autonomous?
Is there any difference between an independent nation and a federal republic nation?
From the followings: "1999 constitution of Nigeria" and "1999 constitution of federal republic of Nigeria" which of them is correct and why?
Thanks as I await for your answers?

No CJN whether substantive or acting can perform the duties of that office without being sworn in by the President or acting president.

When a CJN is due to retire, the NJC makes its recommendation but if the president stays action until the tenure of the CJN expires, the next most senior judge must be sworn in in acting capacity even if he was not recommended by the NJC.

NJC only recommends appointment of substantive CJN but that of acting is automatic to the most senior judge.

Therefore, president didnt appoint the acting CJN, he only swore him into office.

Note that it is not just by retirement that a CJN leaves office, there is death, resignation and removal by criminal conviction.

In these situations, the NJC does not have the time convenience to recommend since there can be no vacuum in the office, the next must senior judge is sworn in immediately.

Technically, the president did not remove Onnoghen nor appointed Tanko Mohammed, the CCT removed Onnoghen and the appointment of Tanko Mohammed was automatic by the constitution.
Does CCT have constitutional power to suspend Onnoghen on his trial that he is yet to be found guilty?

The same way court will tell us that a sitting president has a lawful maximum of 8 years to govern this country (Nigeria). The same way court will tell us that senatorial position in Nigeria is a contestable position without limitation for years of service by an occupying senator. The same way the court will tell us that a governor has no constitutional power or right to appoint a commissioner of police in his/her state because Nigeria's security in the onstitution is enshrined in the exclusive list. The same way the court will tell us minimum wage is in the exclusive list...
It is well my dear.

My dear as far as INEC policy is concerned in this 2019 general election, no card reader, no accreditation. And no accreditation, no voting. And no voting, no election

Nobody is asking them to release any card reader..
They have already released all the information needed.
It is left for us to gather them together and use them.
My dear, it is needed base on no card reader no election.
And it is card reader that is specifically designed for accreditation. With that coupled with the analog figures announced and declared, Hybrid analysis will surely be realised.

What of that manual accreditation?
My dear, there is nothing like manual accreditation, we have only one and it is called accreditation. And accreditation is all about when an eligible voter in a given polling unit is verified and authenticated.
The VERIFICATION must be digital, however there is a possibility of "MISMATCHED" while authentication can be digital or manual.

the problem is that there is no law backing cardreader
My dear, INEC law/training states not stated that no card reader no election. There is what is called "Fail to verify (FV) and fail to authenticate (FA)" if a voter becomes a victim of "FV" automatically he/she can not vote in that Polling Unit even manually but a voter who passes the the "FV" but fails or becomes a victim of "FA" still has INEC constitutional right to be authenticated manually.

Temidayo Akinsuyi, Lagos

Prince Tony Momoh, a former Minister of Information on Wednesday said President Muhammadu Buhari’s directive to security agencies to deal ruthlessly with ballot box snatchers ahead of the 2019 general election is in order.

Speaking in a chat with Daily Independent, Momoh, one of the national leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) said Nigerians do not expect the President to give national honours to those who committed crime by declaring war on due process and free, fair elections.

He said “What is snatching of ballot box? Snatching a box is a crime. It is declaration of war on due process and free, fair election. Anyone who declares war on due process is committing treason against due process.

“Those condemning Buhari, are they suggesting that anybody who snatches a box on Election Day should be given a national honour?

“I don’t know what Nigerians are talking about. In America, if you attempt to subvert due process, you can pay for it with your life.”

What does INEC's electoral law say about ballot box snatching?
By referring the USA's law to justify that snatching of ballot box attracts death penalty which is contrary to INEC's electoral law is an insult to Nigeria's constitution.
My opinion!

https://nextedition.com.ng/2019/02/17/postponement-ad-hoc-staff-protest-non-payment-allowance-benue/

Hundreds of ad-hoc staff posted to Ushongo local government area of Benue on Saturday morning staged a protest to demand the payment of their transport allowance by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Our correspondent gathered that the ad-hoc staff had besieged INEC’s office in the town as early as 8 am demanding that they be given transport fare as well as other allowances as promised them by the commission.

They lamented that most of them had to sleep in the open and some in the buses throughout the night.

Trouble however, started when their demand was not being attended to causing them to protest.

Eyewitnesses who do not want to be named said the ad-hoc staff took to the streets, blocked the entrance to the INEC office and were preparing grounds to start burning used car tyres before the security Joint Task Force arrived the scene to calm the tension.

Some of the affected ad-hoc staff who spoke on the condition of anonymity expressed disappointment in the whole process and urged INEC to make better arrangements for them before next Saturday’s elections.

Postponement: Ad-hoc Staff Protest Non Payment of Allowance In Benue

A staff of INEC who wanted to remain anonymous said they did not refuse to pay them but had asked the ad-hoc staff to show their identity cards.

At the tme of filing this report, normalcy had been restored as the INEC officials had commenced payment of their allowances.
This is very funny, you recruited people to carry out one of the most sensitive national assignments and you are telling them to provide their ID card before you can pay them their three days training allowance. Hmmmm, there is God oooo

The guy must not be a lecturer. He could have been employed as a technical staff, instructor, or something of sorts. Nigeria is a messed up nation where talent is not encouraged. Unfortunately, this talented dude may find himself better appreciated abroad and he won't return.
Why can't he be lecturer? Because he has a third class, According to your assertion (a third class graduate should be a lecturer), okay oooo, it is well.
