You think China will involve herself in war against US and her allies? Russia, maybe but China will never try it. They have more important things to do to continue building their country.

True,I partially agree with you. You see, China is buying time to build here armed forces and get other nations in hr debt. That's why she's still forming neutral. But when the die is cast, she will be forced to choose a side.

It's no secret she hates USA.

People of Nairaland. This maybe my last post here. I had to create this moniker in order to keep my identity. My view about this world especially this country is just that nobody loves you, you are on your own. In the meantime, I'm in a loads of debt currently owing people. I thought of this life not worth living anymore. I've read a lot and that made me freethinker. I don't believe in the concept of heaven and hell. To me, I think su!c!de is an option. What is essence of living a life without no solution. You aim but miss. You plan yet fail. Nothing works in this country and no one, no body is ready to assist you or even lend you a hand despite the fact I help people a lot even to my detriment. I discovered it doesn't worth it. I have nothing to fear again. I've passed my fear.

This life is not worth living anymore for me. I need a release.

My apologies to my parents and siblings for failing them.

You want to commit suicide, but you still hid your moniker?

You're points for commiting suicide are all linked to hunger .
If you need help, say you need help. And money will be sent to you to feed. How does suicide help you out?

I feel like life has caught up with me, I feel like I've failed in life,
I'm 31 years with no achievement so far,

Went to one of the best secondary schools,
After my nysc, I stayed for a while and got a casual job,
Because of office politics and hatred, I had to resign,
Since then it's been difficult getting something tangible,
Every day I look at myself getting older with no progress,
At my age I'm supposed to be married already,
My mom has started pressuring me to get married,
Everytime I look at her, I see sorrows in her face, off course she's getting older,
How can I repay her for all the sufferings she went through for me?
Looking at her some times makes me shed tears,
I'm her only hope,
Do I blame myself for not doing yahoo when I had the opportunity to?
I see little boys doing absolutely well,
Life is not fair,
Please I really a job opportunity

Family / Re: My Husband Is Making Me Feel Depressed by nnamdiosu(m): 12:30am On Mar 12
Uzorbaby:
Good evening house, I opened a new account for this issues. This is my ninth years in marriage with 3 kids and since the third year till now the problem I keep having with my husband is infidelity, when ever I catch him he apologises but still continues. Recently I found out he is into a single mother who claim to be a deconess and he opened a business for her and doesn't feel apologetic about it, this same lady when I had not discovered their affairs he sends her his last card and begs me for money. He calls her everyday , video calls her and sends her money frequently.right now I feel faustrated and depressed. I will really love to leave him and rent a house close to my shop but the amount to do that will greatly affect my business if I do that because I just started it 3 months ago. I just need someone I can talk to, gist about normal stuff of life so that my mind can move away from him pending when I will be able to rent a house. I just want to be happy

Hello uzor.
I'm sorry about what you're going through.

First of all, kindly remove that desire to talk to just anyone...you're setting yourself up for infidelity also.
If you need someone to talk to,your pastors wife or someone elderly (and female) is what you need. You are very vulnerable now, don't get exploited.

Secondly , don't bring issues like this to a public forum. That's because majority of the people here aren't married, or are having it worse than you.
Also, this space can make you feel more depressed, because many of th people here are without human feelings.

1. You need to breath.
2. You strongly need to place this in prayer. I'll tell you a secret. Some men don't want to cheat. But forces beyond them, compels them too. Why would a man be with a single mother? Most things we look at as normal are not.
You need to table this matter to God

2. You need to speak to someone...consider the options I suggested above

3. Are you close to his mom? Is there anyone he respects that you can talk too.

It's true that marriage issues should be resolved inside, but when it's beyond inside, outside is called as the next option for sanity sakes.

It's going to be fine, but you must be strong.
Draw close to God and unburden your mind to him.

I'll pray for you.
Cheers

I'm quite interested in the course. Software developers and Data Analyst or anyone with experience should kindly share some light.

For your first question;
Job opportunities include data analyst,data engineer, data scientist.
You can achieve data visualizing a d interpretation and data sorting, warehousing etc with it

Currently, FMMG /manufacturing companies, businesses and other companies are increasing their job need for business intelligence analyst, data analyst and data scientist

Yes, I can implement a linked list in HTML....

Unsorted Linked List
<ul>
<li> List Item 5</li>
<li> List Item 2</li>
</ul>

Sorted LinkedList
<ol>
<li> List Item 1</li>
<li> List Item 2</li>
</ol>

I don't know about sort though, but I can easily implement a searching algorithm....linear search especially, not so efficient at O(n) though, but atleast it gets the job done. Here it is
<form action="api/algorithm" method="POST">
<label for="searchField">
<input type="text" id="searchField" placeholder="Enter search term here"/>
</label>
<button type="submit">Search!</button>
</form>

Don't even get me started with functions in CSS, btw CSS probably drags who has the highest number of frameworks with Javascript.

Lol.

Go and read the History. Jerusalem was destroyed and occupied by the Romans long before Jesus. Jesus was born under Roman Occupation. Why were they ruled by Herod and Pontius pilate? The Jews were living as second class citizens under the romans. They were perscuted and oppressed, just as the current Zionazis are treating the Palestinians. As result lots of them fled to European lands, where they converted some people into Judaism.

Bro stop arguing. View the screen shot below.

Religion / Re: We Once Lived In A Paradise by nnamdiosu(m): 7:54am On Feb 16
wolesmile:
WE ONCE LIVED IN A PARADISE

Once upon a time, this pot was found in the kitchen of every family, whether rich or poor.

The kitchen was usually accessible to everyone, including visitors and neighbors.

The pot usually had a cup placed on top of it.

Anyone who was thirsty simply scooped water, drank, and placed the cup back.

Was the cup washed before or after drinking? For where. It was only washed in the morning and never again until the next day.

The Indomie generation will not believe this. That was possible because there was no Nollywood that gave people the impression that society, especially the villages, were occupied by evil men and women looking for whom to p0ison.

It was a time when churchgoers were not told from the pulpit that their predicaments were caused by their family members, neighbors, and friends.

I am talking about a time when it was unheard of for native doctors to brag about possessing the powers to make one rich.

The time I am talking about was a time when uncles were known to be the best friends of their nieces and nephews.

During the holidays, children were moving from one uncle and aunt to another. It was always joyful to see an uncle or an aunt.

Today, there is hardly any die-by-fire prayer without mentioning wicked uncles.

I am talking about a time when children played together and when it was difficult or even impossible to identify the children from wealthy or poor homes.

I decided to post this to remind us that there was a time when we lived in paradise.

I never called anyone a scammer. I simply posted my experience which as I predicted correctly sparked a response from him almost immediately. Same person I've been trying to reach out to for weeks.
Nevertheless, he still came here playing the pity card and trying to make me look bad for not sympathising with him and his situation.
A situation I never knew about untill the day I posted this.
.
Regardless of whatever he may be going through like you said, he ought to have been accessible rather than ignoring calls then picking up unknown numbers.
I'm not that dishonest and I never expected this from him.

Telling me he can't start the job till 3 days time and completion will take 2 months.
Whereas he was telling my other number he could start the job in 30 minutes after claiming he didn't have his PC. What PC would he have used then?

If he has communicated properly rather than ignoring and declining my calls and texts, we wouldn't have gotten to this point. I'm an extremely patient person when it comes to dealing with people not to talk of persons that I've worked with.

I've gone through something similar with a guy I ordered something from on NL. The delivery was delayed by 3 months from the initial date of supposed delivery. I never came on here to post anything because he was extremely responsive.

I do appreciate and respect your response. Thank you.

Dhatgirl sorry I misunderstood...I now see you didn't call him a scammer.

I totally understand you. No one will feel happy if you pay for a project and it doesn't get delivered as agreed.

At this point, I believe the developer should choose from the list of options I proposed so we can all know what we the next stage is.

Sorry about the stress. Everything will be fine. Cheers

Ok...so looking at both stories, I think this is an issue of lack of communication from the developer's side.

I've read the messages from both sides and realize it's just a case of two good people not understanding themselves . To be frank, both sides are actually mature and seem to be of a good heart, just some communication issues.

Dhatgirl has a right to feel this way, and maybe post this because she felt the developer was posting her . However THIS ISNT AN ISSUE OF SCAM. A delayed work isn't scam.

Developer probably couldn't deliver as agreed because of the issues facing him.

Dhatgirl could you kindly give developer a bit more time to get his acts together and probably start the work? Or developer would you get a friend or someone you can vouch for to finish the work (since you aren't in the right frame of mind), then when you get paid you share with him?

In as much as we sympathize with you, business is business, contingency.plans should be effected.

If you guys need someone to mediate in, let me know. This can be resolved amicably.
