Nash after hosting bro, I mean just like how free basics websites are accessed freely , I want mine to be that also, so I was asking if I have to walk to this ISP company's to pay for something or what ? Thanks
I'm lost o.

As long as your website is up and running, everyone can have access to it na. You don't need to meet any ISP for anything again.

If I'm not getting you, kindly re explain again.

Yes, I can implement a linked list in HTML....

Unsorted Linked List
<ul>
<li> List Item 5</li>
<li> List Item 2</li>
</ul>

Sorted LinkedList
<ol>
<li> List Item 1</li>
<li> List Item 2</li>
</ol>

I don't know about sort though, but I can easily implement a searching algorithm....linear search especially, not so efficient at O(n) though, but atleast it gets the job done. Here it is
<form action="api/algorithm" method="POST">
<label for="searchField">
<input type="text" id="searchField" placeholder="Enter search term here"/>
</label>
<button type="submit">Search!</button>
</form>

Don't even get me started with functions in CSS, btw CSS probably drags who has the highest number of frameworks with Javascript.

Go and read the History. Jerusalem was destroyed and occupied by the Romans long before Jesus. Jesus was born under Roman Occupation. Why were they ruled by Herod and Pontius pilate? The Jews were living as second class citizens under the romans. They were perscuted and oppressed, just as the current Zionazis are treating the Palestinians. As result lots of them fled to European lands, where they converted some people into Judaism.
Bro stop arguing. View the screen shot below.

Israel was destroyed around 720 BC by the Assyrians. It ceased to exist as a nation and its inhabitants fled to different continents back then. Judea, Israel's sister Nation, inhabited by the Jewish tribes of Jacob, is the Nation that got erased around 70Bc with Jews fleeing to different continents. undecided
70AD not 70BC bro.

It was after Jesus came and died that the destruction of Jerusalem which he prophesied about occured.

Christianity EtcRe: We Once Lived In A Paradise by nnamdiosu(m): 7:54am On Feb 16, 2024
wolesmile:
WE ONCE LIVED IN A PARADISE

Once upon a time, this pot was found in the kitchen of every family, whether rich or poor.

The kitchen was usually accessible to everyone, including visitors and neighbors.

The pot usually had a cup placed on top of it.

Anyone who was thirsty simply scooped water, drank, and placed the cup back.

Was the cup washed before or after drinking? For where. It was only washed in the morning and never again until the next day.

The Indomie generation will not believe this. That was possible because there was no Nollywood that gave people the impression that society, especially the villages, were occupied by evil men and women looking for whom to p0ison.

It was a time when churchgoers were not told from the pulpit that their predicaments were caused by their family members, neighbors, and friends.

I am talking about a time when it was unheard of for native doctors to brag about possessing the powers to make one rich.

The time I am talking about was a time when uncles were known to be the best friends of their nieces and nephews.

During the holidays, children were moving from one uncle and aunt to another. It was always joyful to see an uncle or an aunt.

Today, there is hardly any die-by-fire prayer without mentioning wicked uncles.

I am talking about a time when children played together and when it was difficult or even impossible to identify the children from wealthy or poor homes.

I decided to post this to remind us that there was a time when we lived in paradise.
Deep. Painful what this world has become now.

Dhatgirl:
I never called anyone a scammer. I simply posted my experience which as I predicted correctly sparked a response from him almost immediately. Same person I've been trying to reach out to for weeks.
Nevertheless, he still came here playing the pity card and trying to make me look bad for not sympathising with him and his situation.
A situation I never knew about untill the day I posted this.
.
Regardless of whatever he may be going through like you said, he ought to have been accessible rather than ignoring calls then picking up unknown numbers.
I'm not that dishonest and I never expected this from him.

Telling me he can't start the job till 3 days time and completion will take 2 months.
Whereas he was telling my other number he could start the job in 30 minutes after claiming he didn't have his PC. What PC would he have used then?

If he has communicated properly rather than ignoring and declining my calls and texts, we wouldn't have gotten to this point. I'm an extremely patient person when it comes to dealing with people not to talk of persons that I've worked with.

I've gone through something similar with a guy I ordered something from on NL. The delivery was delayed by 3 months from the initial date of supposed delivery. I never came on here to post anything because he was extremely responsive.

I do appreciate and respect your response. Thank you.
Dhatgirl sorry I misunderstood...I now see you didn't call him a scammer.

I totally understand you. No one will feel happy if you pay for a project and it doesn't get delivered as agreed.

At this point, I believe the developer should choose from the list of options I proposed so we can all know what we the next stage is.

Sorry about the stress. Everything will be fine. Cheers
WebmastersRe: "Alert: My Unfortunate Encounter With A Nairaland Web Developer by nnamdiosu(m): 2:00pm On Jan 31, 2024
Ok...so looking at both stories, I think this is an issue of lack of communication from the developer's side.

I've read the messages from both sides and realize it's just a case of two good people not understanding themselves . To be frank, both sides are actually mature and seem to be of a good heart, just some communication issues.

Dhatgirl has a right to feel this way, and maybe post this because she felt the developer was posting her . However THIS ISNT AN ISSUE OF SCAM. A delayed work isn't scam.

Developer probably couldn't deliver as agreed because of the issues facing him.

Dhatgirl could you kindly give developer a bit more time to get his acts together and probably start the work? Or developer would you get a friend or someone you can vouch for to finish the work (since you aren't in the right frame of mind), then when you get paid you share with him?

In as much as we sympathize with you, business is business, contingency.plans should be effected.

If you guys need someone to mediate in, let me know. This can be resolved amicably.

What should I do? I'm a woman turning 30 by May, I haven't consistently made the best decisions, and my educational background is still limited to a secondary school WAEC certificate at this age. Recently, I applied to a NOUN university for a 4-year Business Management course. However, a friend suggested investing 2-3 years in acquiring a tech skill, arguing it could be more beneficial than pursuing a 4-year degree in a field becoming less relevant and that I will carry the certificate to be looking for Job. Please I am seeking expert advice to make a more informed decision about my education and career path at this critical point in my life. In between I am a Fashion Designer who is still trying to make ends meets

Nice idea, this is kind of a short term or immediate take off business. I'm looking for more of a medium term business that will be ready within 5 years time as I am currently very busy with 8 to 5 work. Thanks for the advice.
More suggestions are welcome.
Ok. I get you.
You see, business isn't really planned that way. Because a lot of factors can occur that will tip the scales at anytime.

Issues from coup, inflation could set in and render your financial projections invalid, banning of like minded business, war etc can happen at anytime. So planning on that long duration could be a waste of time.

Instead, you lower the range to at least a year , but that 5 years is too long to start planning now.
Wish you the very best.
Cheers

nnewsnjobs:
Hello, my good people in the house. Please I need some mature investment advice from you people. I planned to invest some amount of money for like four to five years in a physical or fix investment (small investment).
My planned is to start investing gradually from the first year and by the fifth year, I should be able to start the business fully and start making money. I want to invest at least 5million every year for 5years and after which, I should be able to commence the business at the end of the fifth year.

I have few businesses (Hotel, School, Cooking gas) in mine, but I will need more suggestion to know the best to go for. In the next five years, I will leave my job ( or best put my job will finish so don’t tell me to continue what is giving me that money) and I don’t want to go looking for job up and down, I am not also ready to get another job with pay cut, rather I will prefer to work for myself with pay cut and build for something better, so this is part of my drive.
I don’t want to save the money in the bank or keep liquid investment till five years’ time before I decide what to do, I want to start now! On the issue of understanding the business, I am ready to devote my time to learn any of the venture I chose to go into. On the management of the business, I will take full responsibility of day to day managing the business for at least one-two year and putting controls in place before I will think of going into something else and having oversight management.

Dear gurus in the house, kindly let me know the one you think is better from the three I mentioned above or give suggestion of a good business that best suit my plan and budget (5m is the least, it might go up to 8m in a year). Note: no land yet, the first year will be for land, though I have part of the land money this year, my plan will start next year 2024.
I don’t have japa plan so I will not need that suggestion.
Identify key areas in the business sector that appear promising.

One major area will always be IT.
Everyday, lots of people are being told to acquire tech knowledge. This is true in every country, whether Nigeria or abroad.

Why don't you start a training school centered around tech?

Also, since most people are japping, and that trend will definitely continue by next year, )or even increase), why don you start a japa training school that teaches people IELTS or other skills that will need to japa?

You can merge it with the IT training center, since they will need IT skills to survive in their new country?

Good day beloved fams and compliments of the season.

Please I have an enquiry to make on behalf of a friend. Kindly help proffer solution to the question as best as you can:

How often do people especially the youths, families go out to eat pizza, shawarma and other fast food or request for delivery? The location for consideration is Abule Egba and its environs in Lagos.

Thank you in anticipation of your responses. 🙏
You can't get this answer by asking us on this forum, to get the answer you must embark on a feasibility study/survey.

,Firstly , in the chosen area of survey, map out how many fast food / restaurants are there.

Those fast food business did a wider survey before situating their business there, so you can ride on that data.
If the number of fast food there are much, then you should know it's a good business location and they get lots of customers /orders.

If he numbers are low, then they don't get lots of orders, and people don't patronize that's why the number of businesses there are few.

Then, from Google or population census website, (the info might be low), check out the percentage of youths in the local government there. Those are the major customer audience for this kind of business. Also see if you can check out the number of bachelor there.

If you need a business development expert, or you need a business incubation and acceleration expert in setting up this business contact me.

I can help show you the best ideas, processes, techniques in setting up the biz.

Cheers
