I work for an outsourcing company deployed to a bank. So I work as a call centre agent for the bank.

Now, I want to get employed to the bank directly, I passed the appitude test and I was asked to send in an updated CV. Do you think it's wise to mention that I work with the bank? Will it be an advantage. Or should I lie about it.

You will have to go through series of tests. And any one you fail, you will go. The first test should be a test: comprehension, little about Jumia like who's the CEO and little about how to handle customers and customer service. The test isn't hard shaa. If you pass, you will go for the typing test. There your speed and accuracy will be tested. If they are satisfied and you pass, there will be a pronunciation test. You will be asked to pronounce some certain words like air, heir, owl etc. If you pass, the last stage will be the one on one interview. Remember, you can be dropped at any stage.

For the salary, I heard it's 45k.
