1) i have 2k pi, but my kyc verification is still pending for close to 1 month now, do you have any idea why?

2)that lock up ish, where you see 1week, 1 month, 3 months, 6months, 1yr, 3yrs......what does that mean? Cos mine is in 3yrs and it seems it can’t be adjusted.

did you use NIN paper for KYC? If yes, it won't be approved.
