My Brother, am just weeping reading this story above.........cultists lack wisdom that's all.

Person don job me thousands of Naira, I forgive am move forward, the same guy na SVC na so him go dey brag where him guys dey say him office me so so and so amount and me I no go fit do anything, na some of him men go still come the tell me say see wetin their man the talk about me, say make me I no forgive am.

Today this same guy is still roaming about the streets, forming hard man, no means of livelyhood, he still comes to my house for assistance which I do render to him if I have, I have moved on but dude does not have a bearing even at his old age.

@ Nobones, I think one shouldn't be scared of using regular common words even if cultists use them. Some of the cult songs are street words adopted by the cults, while some others are actually cult slangs that slipped into the street. It gets mixed up.

Of course one has to be careful and wise, but fear is what I discourage.

The use of some cult OT thinking it's just normal street slangs for example, words like" Bam" are commonly used in my hood in Makurdi to describe a correct guy and also your state of being.....eg the guy too bam(correct guy), the guy na bam boy(correct guy), oboy I dey bam(am doing great)

Words like Jazz down to tell someone to mellow down or pipelow or sit down.

Obote to refer to a timid guy, maybe a village guy that just came to town.

Omila for a Thief eg the guy na confirm Omila.

Orbagwe referring to a lady, this very word I got to know it's commonly used by the NBM guys in the North Central to refer to a non innitiate(Jew man).

Injew( we used to pronounce it as engee) meaning someone that is not a Cultist, so you hear words like me na injew(engee) I be, if not for this thread I never knew that it meant members of another cult group.

So many words we use carelessly not knowing they are cult OT like them "metche" the guy, I go give you one man Marching, light am(Bleep).

Growing up our code for going out to eat Ice Fish was" no bones" we used to have a joint, "Restaurant" ( By the Right) where we used to go eat peppered No Bones in my hood in Makurdi then.

The case of the young man who was killed behind former Titus West Super Market in Makurdi, the young man was dragged out of his room and killed in his compound, his father was there watching and could not do anything, just imagine his young wife and child crying and pleading for his life.

The worst part is that it was raining heavily that night so the shouts of the young man could not attract his neighbours, this guy was butchered like a ram and his left in the rain.
So who is glorifying Cultism here and making it look like the end product of Cultism is not death.

This young guys were very promising young men cut in the prime of their life because of Cultism.......

There is this case of a young guy I knew then while growing up in Makurdi, young guy just got admission to Benue State University and started misbehaving next thing we heard dube has joined Cult.....

One day we woke with the News that dude was killed by some cultists inside his family house, right in the presence of his family members, his dad, mum and siblings were summoned in the parlour where did was asked to confess to his parents that he belonged to a cult group and a brief of some of the things he did.

His right hand was cut and given to his father and they advised him to warn any of his sons not to carry their own hand and look for trouble, he was killed and left in the presence of his family members.......I can just imagine what the family went through watching them kill your child right in your presence and you didn't have anything to do.

This incidence happened at Katsina Ala street around the year 2002 or so.

That period 2002 to 2004 Makurdi was very hot.
