For those of you that know Warri to well, has their been any change from Effurun roundabout - ikpan- ovie palace road 1 & 2 - NNPC, SHELL housing estate - Osubi - Refinery road - Enerenh junctions. There is no significant change in warri, which is the heart beat of Delta state, same dilapidated stinking infrastructures is what we have in warri. No single change from 1999 till date, anybody who knows warri and truthful to himself can attest to this.

The only good hotel as popular as warri is Bon Hotel, which can not come close to.....
What has really changed in Warri, what infrastructural development has PDP brought to a state they have governed for over 20 years?
