It is possible, there Community Development projects or CSR for the past five years can be amounting to if that.
They few upgrades you see in our high institutions are done by this IOCs, they donate most of the equipment and structures you see in our General and Teaching hospitals, including state owned hospitals.
The upgrade of most Secondary Schools are done by this IOCs.
Do you know they help in funding NDDC and IDP support projects.
Most of the projects state governors claim as been executed by them in the (oil producing states) are done by this IOCs if you doubt go and read the marble placards placed on the structures after commissioning or the project signpost when project is under construction.
They spend alot on security.

If Ekiti state situation have not been messed up by Fayose, why will he be owing civil servants and retirees 8 & 15 months salary/wages respectively, why will electorate sale there votes to highest bidder?
