No sir...He is a Chamba man. I am from Adamawa but didn't grow up there. Most people that were raised in Yola North or Yola South understand Fulani very well. Most Christian indegenes in Adamawa state that grew in Yola town speak Fulani fluently.
I asked someone in Kano why Atiku didn't win in Kano, he told me Hausa Fulani said Atiku is a tribe. Hausa man believe if you are not a Hausa Fulani, u are a tribe (Yare)

Adamawa is not like Katsina or Anambra with mainly one tribe and religion. Atiku is a Chamba Muslim and Fulani man cannot Abandon his Hausa Fulani brother over Chamba man. This is Nigeria and North, where tribe and religion matters. Don't u know that Adamawa has more than 50 tribes?.
