I went to students affairs notice board and discovered the portal will be opened for booking by 2pm.

So I became watchful about it. I loged in at estimately 3pm and the portal was already open, so I quickly procured my bookingh accomodation

You will not be given an option to choose from, they will allocate to you any of their choice!

and ensure you pay your 'bed allocation fee' of 1500 before proceeding.
