So it's you alone that can finally put a stop this, and for now it still seems you are enjoying it because when you finally start to feel the Heat, you will decide how much you want to be giving every month and not a cent more... Truth of the Matter is this, Heaven forbids your enemy is no more, they will mourn your enemy for a year or so and move on! Nigeria is not just the Giant of Africa as they say, but we have some of the most smartest, brilliant and intelligent people in the world. Given a fair playing field the average Nigerian will excel anywhere, yet as a people we have refused to use these qualities to better our lot in life. With the type of wealth Nigeria has as a Country, the poorest people should be receiving at least $1000 every month on Social security but that is not the case instead we wake up to the News that Billions has been budgeted as Wardrobe allowance for the NASS. Yes billions to be given to millionaires and Billionaires for their Clothes when there are so many people dying of hunger and starvation, and what do we as Nigerians do? We are discussing about President Buhari and Ex President Jonathan’s official Cars, which is more expensive! After the rather unfortunate Heated Presidential elections that saw friends turning into enemies, brothers fighting and insulting each others, some even threatening each others… Nigeria still don’t have anything tangible from the opposition, even when it seems they are so much in a hurry to do that, you know WHY? Because the Government is not even 30days old, ministers has not even been elected and screened .. Yes it might actually be frustrating not to have any thing real to Criticize the government for, but that is the reality… so maybe people should hold their Peace because they will definitely have enough to Criticize this present Government for, you know WHY? Because President Buhari is actually human and not a super-man… He will follow lay down laws and not Dictate and these will bring enough things to Criticize him for. For now what we have are INSULTS = He is Brainless…yes but GOD still made him your President so at least Respect that even if you don’t like him, again as an African you should Respect a Man that is old enough to be your Grandfather, especially when he has not done anything to you personally, so that might at least live to be his age or even older,… and then we have the His wife is a millionaire she bought an expensive wrist watch, He travels around, He doesn’t know how to speak English, He said West Germany instead of Germany, Called the Chancellor of Bundesrepublik of Deutschland Mitchell, He is Baba Go Slow, He doesn’t know how to pose for Pics, He doesn’t know how to Dress..etc or what More? Some people are even having sleepless Nights combing the News and Social media looking for just anything Negative about President Buhari, Well if these makes some Nigerians Happy and it takes their minds away from the Crazy situation the Country is in, then Cool… But these are no Real Criticism especially if it doesn’t translate to Good Roads, Good Health Care, Job Creation, 24hrs Power Supply, Cheaper Fuel, People being able to Feed themselves and family properly… These are Real Issues, and these are what President Buhari should be Criticized for if they are not improved on in his government. The last Nigerian presidential elections was the most heated up in the Nations history and so many still cant get over the fact that Buhari beats Jonathan to clinch the highest seat of the land, so it is understandable that many PDP supporters would trash or insult anything that has to do with APC. The just concluded National Assembly elections was a joyful moment for many PDP members, you just have to be on Facebook, Tweeter and any social Media to see how they were celebrating that BUKOLA SARAKI betrayed or went behind his colleagues back, connived with the PDP and got himself elected. In this happy moment, many did not even notice or stop to think that it’s the PDP that actually lost! On that day, there were at least 50 PDP Senators-Elect, and about 8 APC Senators elect, yet Saraki was able to convince the PDP members to elect him! With 50 members the PDP clearly had the Majority, they only needed a couple of more Votes which they could have gotten from the few APC members present and then Clinch the converted post of SENATE PRESIDENT! That would have been the real Game changer, actually outsmarting Saraki, who was trying to outsmart his colleagues that would have been the HIT!.. In this, the PDP missed a rare Golden opportunity! No matter what Bukola Saraki must or might have promised them, they should have played a fast one on him just as he played a fast one on his Party and colleagues. To rely on the Promises he must have made to them shows the PDP are not the smart politicians they are telling the world they are, or why should you trust a Man who left your Party to join the Opposition, and then that same man is using you to Betray his new Party and you actually want to trust such a man? Nope the PDP should have clinched the post of Senate President because it was presented to them on a golden platter, but they missed it because they were too focused on rubbishing the APC, but at the end of the day Bukola Saraki is still APC and it’s not even a week since he became the Senate President, 6months or a year down the line, he will forget he ever had a deal with the PDP and they will regret being a part of his moves. But at least one thing everyone can agree on is President Buhari is a disciplined man of his own words. He promised never to get involved with the NASS elections and he did not, and for that even his haters have to give him credits. Thanks.. barcanista: Amnesty International are not Pro-Terrorist, they are rather pro Humans.... Meaning whether you are a Criminal, Terrorist or whatever, you still have some Human Rights and once those rights are broken, they speak up! You can't say because a Terrorist Bombed a Building and Killed people, then you have to Tie him up and set him on Fire or Tie him up and throw Bombs at him, No he goes through the Courts and face the Consequence otherwise what is the difference between a Government and the Terrorist? I can understand if Bush was accused of War Crimes...etc If you followed the War and saw some of the pictures that were released then you would understand. All I am trying to say here is, no matter how Painful and Horrific the atrocities of Terrorists are, we cannot stoop so low and descend to their standards otherwise we have no business condemning them in the first place.
