Redmi Note 8 have gotten only 2 MIUI 11 and 12(I know some are still currently unable to update to this it is been worked on), so you have one left after this MIUI 13

I bought my RN8 already with MIUI 11, does that mean it will be eligible for MIUI 14?

I don't download the configs, I just tweak the settings up until I get the desired results. But now I have better understanding of how to get the best out of my GCam.

They are not, it is just one of the most stable out there. But Greatness 7.3 v2.2 seems better overall. I have tried almost all the gcam versions(TrCam, Nikita, BSG, PixelCam Fuse, Dise)

I can't post link here. But just search GCam on Google, then go to the link with the name "celsoavecedo" and then go to all modders, you'll see Greatness there n then open, after choose 7.3 v2.2

I have made peace with it. In fact at this moment I'm just enjoying my device, MIUI 12 or no MIUI 12, RN8 is a very good phone.

To be honest if they had used G90 or at least Snapdragon 665 processor and then pair it with a 1080p display, this would have been a very good phone.

This is something I have noticed from all the years of using smartphones, battery life of smartphones depends on many things.
On a cold day the battery will drain slowly even under intense use, thus giving out good SOT but when it is hot, it will drain fast even under minimal use.
Network instability is another thing that drains the battery even in idle state.
So before anyone say a phone's battery is bad should also take these things into consideration not only the usage(light or heavy)

Most of them not all, yesterday I managed to install a 7.4 Mod, I just can't remember which one it was since I have been trying most of them. It is just that it wasn't optimized for my device so I ended up uninstalling it.
