Mind you, Chibok girls issue could have been resolved quicker if APC hadn't politicized the whole thing. If there were collaborative, and. Nigerian given the support needed than criticize, just maybe when those girls where escaping, more recovery would be achieved.

For instance, inspite of the heavy criticism on the FG concerning ebola, atleast everybody did their part and today, nigeria is ebola free.
What they don't don't know is doing their part adds credit to their ratings but playing politics discredit them.
But what place has politics in the lives of innocent girls seeking for knowledge. His responsibility is to the girls and their families and not APC.

This so long an epistle is also an indictment on GEJ. This is not mentioning his denial of the capture of the chibok girls, and shamelessly attacking demonstrators seeking for something as important as giving a thought to the possibility of the event taking place.

Please, name the governor on that list that in his time Built one of the best Teaching Hospital in Africa. I'm from Owhelogbo, Isoko North of Delta state, hardly, there's No road in my community that's not well constructed, infact even those place that there are No houses, roads have been constructed to those areas just to open those new site.

Talk about the delta transit (Both on land and Water), Can you beat it with any of those governors mentioned there. Have you heard of the new constructed stadium in Sapele? What about the health sector, please visit any of our health centres for enlightenment.

What about the developement of grass root sport. He was even named the sport governor of the year
Delta State tertiary institution school fees is one of the cheapest in Nigeria: In Delsu they pay between 30-35K/section. The govt also award scholarship to student even to P.HD level (I've been a beneficiary of that). What about the infrastructural development of our primary and secondary school? Our state teachers are one of the well-paid teachers in Nigeria, ask!

Check the developement of some towns in delta state (Don't forget that delta state has more developed towns than most of the governor's state on that list) and compare with those governors listed above.

If you want me to be specific in the naming of this project, then you should tell me the criterias for listing those governors out!

As much as I agree that there is No perfect government, I also acknowledge real developement!

Proudly Deltan!

In as much as I enjoyed your dissertation above,I wish to point out some things to you. I am not making a case for those governors mentioned in the list. The Teaching Hospital you gloriously mentioned was built by Ibori. The Sapele stadium was built by Ibori. Many of those roads constructed in rural areas were done by NDDC and DESOPADEC. The only legacy he has is the Mass Transit scheme. The scholarship scheme has since become a conduit for corruption.

Smh. They just told us point blank not to expect to see the girls anytime soon.

But how could a president hinge his belief that the girls are still alive on the fact that "their bodies have yet to be displayed by Boko Haram"??

Whatever happened to intelligence gathering using moles and superior technology like drones and electronically eavesdropping on their conversations ??

Is the president telling us that he'd believe the girls are dead if Boko Haram happens to kill an equivalent number of some random boys and girls, dress them all up like girls, take pictures of them and flood the internet with such pictureshuh

Is this man truly this dumb??

So, what are we to do with 1984 newspaper cutting. I find it amusing when I see pro-GEJ e-dogs almost futile attempts to justify their paymaster's quest for 2nd term. Some people seem to be getting the whole CHANGE message wrong. Nobody calls Buhari a saint here but a dead Buhari is better than a live GEJ at this moment.

Here's our message: Our VOTE on March 28, 2015 isn't necessarily a VOTE to bring Buhari in but rather a VOTE to kick Jonathan out. Our VOTE is going to be a protest VOTE, a VOTE of no confidence on GEJ's administration, a VOTE to say we're fed up with Mama Peace and her many ridiculous comedies and a VOTE to send a clear warning signal to the political class that the ultimate power resides with the electorates, the MASSES!

Our VOTE, our POWER.
My dear you are absolutely right. I have tried to refrain from pushing this point too far. Voting out GEJ is making a statement against below par performance and fiscal incompetence. Coming from my region is not an excuse to be inept. All the religious and ethnic posturing can not replace good governance. GEJ has tried, but I think he failed in reigning in corruption

bushdoc9919:
Oh well....meanwhile PDP has no plans for the drop in oil price.

Buhari may be a 72 year old gent....and BTW I think he should retire....but 16 years of PDP rule....including five years of high oil prices.....and suddenly we are left helpless with a sudden drop in oil prices.

Right now oil is at $60. Nigeria needs it at $123 to meet our needs. We do not have enough saved. Meanwhile....we have several projects completed....that we may not be able to maintain in the long run because of low revenues from low oil prices.

PDP has failed in getting us off oil. OBJ, Yaradua and Jonathan failed between them to fix our light. Right now...we are celebrating producing at half the daily national need. There is scarcity of fuel in the street right now. Our universities are poorly funded...and instead of improving the funding...we are bnuilding more of them. Well....at low oil prices them new universities will get dillapidated in a few years.

I am sorry....but the sad thing about Nigeria is that we are between a rock and a hard place. APC too has no plans to help us. All APC wants to do is spend money they do not have. And bringing back an old relic.

Still....the issue for PDP is not Buhari's age or certificate....but the fact that in 16 years.....there have been a lot of missed opportunities. And the annoying thing is that when you complain......you are called a Hausa slave, or a Mallam, or a terrorist. Well....this Hausa slave is saying that PDP better improve....and they should stop pretending all is well....and start actually telling us their answers to the problems Nigeria faces.Instead of running after ambulances.

Even state governorship elections costs a lot of money. You are just a delusional dude whom have failed to get a life. You have been deceptively hoodwinked by Buhari. Your understanding will be clearer after the elections. Shame.
The issue raised is the public donation of monies above that allowed by the law. We know that most partles spend above the law, but contravenlng the law openly is bad judgment

Both Prof Ladipo nd Hassan are right.Buhari is semi literate.Buhari may have gained admission into Defence Academy with O/level or modern 7 during his time.He has failed to attend elite academics institutions that could award him qualifications that literate people are known for.Obasanjo has been attending such institutions since after leaving d presidency.Qual like Bsc,Bed,LLb,Msc,Phd etc are what make one literate not military courses known to be useful in military circles or at most chief security jobs outside d military.Military courses are not academics subjects.Thank God that NDA is now a university. All previos Head of state before 1987 when NDA becomes university got Nig Def Academy Cert of Education (NDACE) which was not runing during Buhari's time. Therefore Buhari is at most a schl cert holder and therefore qual as semi literate. Its a pity that an LLb holder accept to serve him. We want change in Nigeria that I know but have u asked yourself if APC change is for good or for bad?

APC isn't the change Nigerians are clamouring for.
Let the fresh air continue to blow till 2019!
Then what happens by 2019? We would then ask for change or there would be a forced change? Change has always come with a level of uncertainty. APC may not be the change we desired, but the transformation of the youth is non existent. Many of the youth in my area have since gone to Ghana for all manners of dubious activities, out of frustration. Those left behind are even more frustrated. Mind you, I stay in a typical Niger Delta state
