I love the way you calmly stated the options available to the customer. But you were quick to assume that the customer maybe troublesome. For starters, you don't know what precipitated his outrage in the first place. And why would a bank not be customer friendly? I have come across customers who seem to be unruly in banking hall, yet were smartly handled without molestation

I believe that if the rape allegation is true, it is status barred unfortunately. My joke analogy was just a way of showing how public ridicule can have serious emotional effect on people. Using an innocent person as a scapegoat in driving home a point always leaves behind an unsavoury taste in the mouth. That said, I agree that people resort to curse words too freely when aggrieved.
