I giggle because it shows you know very little concerning phone modifications. A better knowledge will show you that you can root your phone and still keep the warranty! Also, the fact that the warranty has a limited period of activation - 12 or 24 months, if you know what I mean.
It is NOT in my place to enlighten you on the benefits of rooting a phone and returning it to stock 100%.
Pls try to get your facts right before making comments on public fora otherwise, you will only succeed in exposing your half-baked knowledge which would turn you into a laughing stock.

Wow that's great, if i had successfully seen the note 8 today i would have gotten the pro, i love the ordinary note 8 because of its snapdragon processor, i don't understand how phone processors works but i have heard alot here on Nairaland about it and how the snapdragon processor is very okay, the only thing making me going for the note 8 pro right now is because of its battery of 4,500mah otherwise, i would have surely and definitely go for the note 8. It's cool

Reading this alone made me make up my mind 100% to get the note 8 pro, i went out to get it earlier but none of the stores have it, they only have the redmi note 7 i was so tempted to buy it, i don't know how i was able to resist the temptation, i was really so tempted to get the note 7, then i gave it a second thought and i left because i love all the specifications of the note 8 pro. one store i went to told me to come next week, they collected my number and promised to call me when the note 8 is available next week. Good day nairalanders, i have been having so much thoughts about this and sometimes sleepless night, i have been thinking endlessly if it will be a wise decision for me selling my infinix note 5 and getting the recently lunched xiomi note 8 or note 8 pro, i love my infinix note 5 so much, most especially the front Camara and the powerful battery, and the Almighty flash fast which charges my phone really very fast. i don't want to make any huge mistake that will make me regret, i don't know why i loved this note 5 so much that am not ready to let it go yet, but still the xiomi note 8 keeps ringing bells on my ears, most especially seeing nairalanders praising xiomi devises over infinix and tecno devices, i haven't used a xiomi devise before. please advise me on what to do and which decision would be the best.

I have everything you need apart from screen. However, you would have to wait. I need to migrate my files after I have installed global rom on it. And Mi Unlock gave me 1 week wait period

So it was a worthy risk, sleek phone

Hello friends, i've seen so many good comments here about Xiaomi phones and their being very valuable and veru affordable as well. Trust me am already on a move to buy one later on. But each time I think on this, I just keep pondering on these 2 questions;
*how will you understand the Chinese language used on it since its a Chinese phone.
*how can you download new apps since you can't access Google play store and of course the in built store might be scripted in Chinese too. Please if you are well versed with that phone can you shed more light on this for me please. Thanks tho.
