Samsung will definitely be costlier. Konka and bruhm are tested and trusted cheaper alternatives. Their parts are available in Nigeria, but you won't need it because they won't get spoilt. Just get a power surge(guard) and do your thing.

I've bought 4 bruhm TV this year and I can testify. Konka is also used in my family home.

13 years later, still nairaland still can't play video, no single update for 13 years except remover of 0 pagination. Seün should resign as nairaland CEO. He's too un-innovative for my liking. lol cool, the 3 days thingy is for standby not normal/heavy usage.. No device can guarantee you a 10-hour SOT sef with a 4000-5000mah battery on heavy usage (3g/4g not wifi).

Xiaomi will give you even more than 10 hours. My redmi 5 plus gives about 11 hours SOT, 4000MAH.

It's all about the chipset.

Heavy usage is relative. We all have different definitions, so I can't tell you that.

All I can say is that on NORMAL usage, you'd get an SOT of 9-10 hours on 4g network. Not more than that.

Pls I bought this note 5 two weeks ago. I m not enjoying anything about it. The contact is hanging. I had to download contact app and now it has stopped hanging. Since I bought the phone I have not seen 4G network on it. The 3G I m seeing is not fast at all. To download app from play store now is wahala. It refuse to download at all. Try as much as possible to find out . Hopefully someone here will help you. Besides I don't think custom charge should be collected in the post office. If there was any custom related problem, the phone wouldn't even get to the post office.

I'm a Gionee fan. I will like you to Go for the Gionee as I m highly convinced that it is better Tha. The Tecno in all honesty and aspects.
The only reason I will like you not to go for Gionee is because of the fact that they lack latest Android Os updates.

I disagree with you 100%. Gionee phones are overhyped trash these days, plus it's nowhere close to Tecno Camon X pro in any way.
