The whole thing is just schemed and planned to force Secondus to resign. And with this court case whether rightly or wrongly, his enemies have won. Going forward, other stakeholders will see his staying in office as more problematic for the party than him resigning..so they would have advise him to throw in the towel for peace to reign.
