As humans, there are some signs and symptoms that we see or notice on our bodies, and neglect them. Our anti bodies try to fight against infections and other diseases that we might contract, and sometimes our anti bodies might not be enough. That's why we need to always be cautious of changes in our body so that what ever the case may be, we would be prepared to prevent against negative health issues or complications.

Below, I would be listing some early signs and symptoms that often leads to cancer that we might not be aware of.

Although these symptoms may be caused as a result of other health issues, it doesn't necessarily mean that they are only early signs and symptoms for cancer. So it is advised that we should seek for medical advice and go for regular medical check ups before using any medicine.

Like the doctors always warn, Self medication is dangerous. Always seek for medical advice from a doctor or pharmacist.

In no proper order, here goes our list

1. Swollen Face

This is common in lung cancer patients as they usually have swollen or red face due to the fact that lung tumors block the chest blood vessels and restrict the blood flow to the face.

Nipple Changes

The nipple might be inverted, flat or sideways. This is the most common change before a final diagnosis is made.

3. Unexplained Weight Loss

This symptom usually points out to colon and other digestive cancers. Additionally, it could be a sign of cancer that has spread to the liver, affecting the appetite and the ability of the body to eliminate toxins.

4. Painful & Strange Periods or in Between Period Spotting

This might be uterus cancer. Do a trans-vaginal ultrasound if you have heavier periods.

5. Changes In the Nails

Fingernail changes could indicate several cancers. For example, a brown or black streak or a dot under the nail could be a symptom of skin cancer, whereas the newly-discovered “clubbing”- enlargement of the ends of the finger with nails that curve down over the tips- could indicate lung cancer. Furthermore, pale or white nails could sometimes be a symptom of liver cancer.

6. Fever & Infections

Frequent fevers and infections may indicate leukemia as the infectious blood cells remove all shields of energy of the body.

7. Chronic Cough or Severe Chest Pain

Indicates on a several types of cancer like leukemia, this is followed with bad cough, lung cancer is followed with chest pain and it is taking your down side and the arm.

8. Red/Swollen/Sore Breasts

This is a clear sign of breast cancer.

9. Weakness or Fatigue

General fatigue and weakness may be a sign of many kinds of cancer. Consider any other weird symptom that you have in order to determine whether it is cancer. Consult your doctor every time you feel exhausted for no reason or in cases when proper sleeping does not help either.

10. Sore Skin/Lumps

It is always advisable to check every part of the skin for lumps or bleeds, these may indicate skin cancer or basal cell melanoma.

Many people believe that the bible has directed all christians to abstain from anything that is believed to have alcohol in it, but allows them to drink anything without alcohol. In the same vein, some people believe that drinking any quantity of alcohol is a sin, but to drink any other drink, be it juice or any other drink that does not contain alcohol, is no sin.

Some Christians have even extended this gospel of "wine only" to the extreme, by refusing even to touch any object already used for alcohol. t them, they believe that touching such objects, is also a sin in the eyes of God. On the other hand, these same people may freely touch or drink anything labelled wine since they believe that it is free from alcohol, in their own thinking.

There are many side effects when a perso consumes excess alcohol in the body, , and those who drink, are at a risk of being tempted of getting drunk, especially when there is lack of self control.
On that note, to avoid being tempted to drink out of proportion, i would advice that we stay away of alcohol.

This question just popped into my head this morning, as I was about to wear my boxers after I took my bath, I found out that my boxers was torn slightly underneath.
I didn't wear it oo.
So I thought, what if I was about to do small bedmatics and my girl discovered that my shorts were torn, she may or may not say anything.
But girls what would come to mind when you see such!.

Chioma Okoye, a nollywood actress-turned-producer, is currently gripped with fear as she alleges that her life is under threat by a woman who accused her of destroying her marriage following the storyline of her new drama series, “Lagos Men.”

The woman,who alleged that the producer made a movie out of her true life marital issues reportedly sent thugs to attack the actress at her home recently.
She and Chioma Okoye reportedly met three years ago through a mutual friend. The woman had been invited to Chioma Okoye’s house for drinks and after a couple of shots opened up about the chaos in her marriage.

Exposing how her husband sexually harasses her under-aged daughter to the point of getting her pregnant at some point. The woman allegedly sought Chioma’s help as an entertainer to expose her unrepentant husband’s evil deeds as she was tired of fighting him over it.

However, based on mutual agreement, Chioma Okoye hit the location, and shot the series. Now, the drama series has been released, and the affected woman is spitting fire, as she’s threatening to kill Chioma if she doesn’t take down the series currently showing on her social media platform.

The woman reportedly sent thugs to attack the actress at her home recently, arrested and detained her unlawfully. It was gathered that the services of the Police Inspector in Ajah Police Division were also employed to force the actress to take down the series and stop further viewing. Chioma said she was offered N3 million to shut down the movie.

“Nigeria is a lawless country. She’s threatening that she will kill me. I spent a lot of money to make the movie and they are asking me to stop showing it on my platform. I am afraid of releasing the movie on DVD. Her husband’s real name was used as one of the characters in the movie,” she narrated.

The series, “Lagos Men”, focuses on men, marital vows, secrets, scandals and more. According to the producer, the aim of telling the story of the woman was to help give her a voice and also to show what happens in the society with the hope of changing it.
