Since op is sexually active then he has to visit a GP (doctor) to have his medical and social history taken, physical assessment and diagnosis. From experience as a health professional, I am certain that it is a UTI, STI, Organ inflammation or abuse of drugs. He will get treated with either a broad spectrum antibiotic or a narrow one depending on the diagnosis. Finally OP should not self treat. If symptoms persist, visit a G.P and run some tests. You people should stop misguiding people please.

It is a UTI( Urinary Tract Infection). Don't be scared, its curable. Book an appointment with a doctor and explain when you see him/her. You can get treated through an oral, intravenous or intramuscular route depending on which of the STI's that you are diagnosed with.
