1. from Kurapika's training arc, we learn that you can get get extraordinary abilities, like chains that are alomst indestructible, if you place a contract with yourself. the stricter the contract, the stronger the ability. Kurapika made a contract with himself to only use chain jail against the spiders in excahnge for his life whrn he breaks it. similarly, Gon undertook a contract to use every nen he will ever have so that he can defeat Pitou. from the HxH wiki:

my main problem is the games that make you go out of your way to play them online. I'm not even taking about the subscriptions, I'm talking about something as simple as making a profile in the game. they don't have nigeria, so you will have to make an account based on a different region, and its a gigantic headache to even pay for those services due to thing like our debit cards not being accepted or the limit imposed by our banks.

if you mean buying the cards on the website then you dont need a use website. resigter with your nigerian website and use your nigerian card to purchase. if you meant a US address for the Xbox, then you can simply create a microsof account and use any random us address you can google.
