Haba brother, 1000 what? About 60,000 candidates were shortlisted for the test, like I heard, NNPC will recruit about 1500 candidates (GT and experienced), that implies than on an average, every successful candidate will displace 39 other candidates.

Please I want to ask, is it possible that another list ( by list I mean shortlist after initial application) will still come out since the first list was called first batch....or are the chances high that everything about 2016 recruitment have come to an end

I guess everything has come to an end. Only Jigawa and northeastern states are still receiving call for appointment letter. But possibly, there can be replacement for candidates that failed to turn up to claim their letters.

We are no more in the same hands (FCSC), everyone's now with their respective ministries, so, ur information cannot suit every ministry. Therefore, from now henceforth, you should be talking for our respective ministries alone. Thanks

what I mean is, if they are giving appointment letters to Abia state, for example, then all the Abia state's successful candidates in all positions applied for have been duly informed already by now, either through text messages or phone calls. This is what the SECRETARIES to all the commissioners keep telling people who went there on their own without receiving text messages or phone calls from them. All the states & the FCT have already informed successful candidates with exception to only those from the Northeast region which they are still trying to sort out. Whether you did documentation OR you did not do documentation is not an issue now. The issue is that those that they want to give appointment letters are already notified. I took time to go from office to offce, unless if all the secretaries are lying. The only way to prove any of us wrong is to KINDLY visit the commission yourself. Whatever could be the reason they did not send SMS to some people, or call them is beyond my explanation. I was in that office the day before yesterday when a man came out from the main office of the commissioner representing Cross River/Akwa Ibom to the secretary's table with a list in his hand and he told the secretary these: "these names that I marked, I mean these names that I marked with pencil, do not send them text messages and do not call them. We know what to do with them. And if anybody among these ones here insist on seeing the list, ask them, what list are you talking about". I was like, "what in the world is this"? I don't know who that man was but he wasn't the commissioner. I told one of the secretaries that I know someone who did not do documentation but came on his own and luckily saw his name and got his letter. She said she is not aware of that kind of case, and that if they did not call you, you are only wasting your time coming on your own. Honestly, I don't know who to believe again. To me, if you did not receive any notification from them, and you are coming from a very far location, this is not too advisable. They will tell you that they have everybody's phone number so that contacting you if you were successful is not a problem to them. To those expecting text messages or phone calls based on any other criteria, please do not lose hope. But just make up your mind now to be strong in heart in case it does not work out finally in the end because in life, you can never win all the time, even if you were the most qualified.

Now u are talking. Better than talking in parables. It's not the end of word. Denied today does not mean we will not be granted something better tomorrow. Hold firm to the rope of ur Lord; it cuts not neither does it get weaken. And definitely, u will be among the most Successful in this world and the world to come.

It's only those that are on the stakeholders list that's gotten APL, we on the Creator's list will be getting in two weeks time? Any objection?

when i made an attempt to check for my name in the list, they did not let me in. they said that the names will be posted online

It MAY be true but if u are Abuja, endeavour to visit the commission again. Talk to them as polite as possible.

In my present during documentation in FCSC that took place after the interview at PSIN someone was told that his name was not among those for documentation. He insisted that he went for the interview. He was told attending the interview is not a guarantee that he will get employed since he was not the only person in that cadre. Finally they told him to get ready for another application this year.
That was why I said if you were not called for documentation then forget about appointment letter. You may have your opinion or experience to share.

I personally wasn't called, my senior too wasn't called, we went ourselves and discovered our names was on the list. Then, we file our application. Many others weren't called too, and believe me, their APL is intact. They should just be wise enough to go check for their APL at the commission. Thanks

Are u finding it hard to differentiate between documentation and application? Well, what we did was application, with or without it people will still get their APL. Documentation follows after collection of APL.

Sha I am somehow convinced not every one who did the so called documentation or made the list will get the APL. But if what u say is true its application, interview then application again? What nxt? What u people refer to as documentation is actually application for employment (that's, we just applied for the job). After FCSC had confirmed that u are eligible for the post applied, it's then ur APL will be prepared. It's boldly written on the form "Application Form". Documentation comes after collection of APL at our respective ministries.

Was it everyone that filled the application form at their respective commissioner's office that was given pension form?
