you should engage seller first and negotiate a solution/refund, writing a negative review..and then expecting the seller to play nice isn't the way to roll. Refund only is the way to go....partial or full depending on the scenario..nothing else

Please, @ all how do I go about this. My item was delivered from AliExpress yesterday to Anambra State by speedaf delivery man and I wasn't around to pick up said item, so I sent a colleague to do so on my behalf. Only for me to to collect said item today and found that the item was opened and a "prayer bead" was placed inside instead of the item I bought. Item already shows delivered on aliexpress. I called the delivery man and he claims item wasn't opened when delivered. I'm confused and angry and wonder why someone will do such when the item won't be of any value to them as I'm sure the thief doesn't even know what the item does.

Though, I have made a negative review of the item already out of anger, I feel cheated.

When you pay for shipping with 'Tracking Available' that's a registered order as you will be able to track the item when it gets to Nigeria.

But,

When you pay for shipping with 'Tracking Unavailable' you can only track the order in it's country of origin (China) when that package gets to Nigeria, tracking ends, you can no longer track the item - therefore your order is unregistered.

Meaning it's not safe to order for item(s) with "Tracking unavailable"?

My last order, I purposely paid for "Shipping" thinking it'll guarantee the safe delivery of my item.

The shipping charge cost pass the item I order sef... On a normal good day, I for chose "Free shipping"

You first of all need to know what rate your bank charges, not the amount you see on AliExpress when converted to Naira.

I did all of that calcutions perfectly.

Even had a screenshot of the purchase containing the detailed amount including shipping charges.
