Official inauguration of Abak Bridge today The Dual carriage Bridge Is 340 Metres Long, 20 Metres Wide And 34 Metres High. It is part of the 165 projects the Governor is currently commissioning in the state before he exits may 29th 2015.

Akpabio commissions the Phase 1 of the 70 km dualized and lighted Uyo - Ikot Ekpene - Aba road, which was initiated by his administration and is constructed by Julius berger. the next phase of the project which is still ongoing will take the road all the way to Aba in Abia State.

It is Note worthy that this was a Federal Road that the state government had to intervene because it was bad for several decades and the FG did nothing about it.

This Huge project was built by Julius Berger and commissioned today by gov Akpabio and will while draining the stadium also help alleviate erosion and drainage problems, As all residents on the path of the project can now channel their storm water into the drain.

In addition to this the Akpabio Administration had 2012 and 2013 commissioned the 3.7km underground pipe jacked drainage in uyo with Out fall In Itu LGA and another underground and pipe jacked drain at Abak LGA. All constructed by Julius berger.

WoW I duff my hat for Akpabio, He is commissioning in one day 165 projects and meanwhile some states cannot even boast of 20 projects in 8 years. God bless gov. Akpabio.
