- Manage new and existing customers’ accounts.

Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum of a BSc/HND in any course of study.

- Must have at least 2 years work experience in marketing services

- Command an excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy- ability to work well with MS word and MS excel
- Good dress-sense.

The individuals will be solely responsible for
- Ensure delivery of commercial, certified and internationally recognized training courses.
- Supervise quality of training service
- Deal with accreditation and certification matters
- Analyze the delivery of services of the marketing department and ensure sales target are met
- Analyze the delivery of services in the operations department and ensure quality services are delivered
- Build and maintain the reputation of the company
- Develop, propose, enforce departmental policies and procedures across departments
- Maintain record filing system across departments
- Collect all feedback forms and evaluate them for continuous improvement
- Setup and follow up achievement of financial targets in the company
- Process all accounts, invoices and reconcile all cash inflow/outflow
- Reconcile all payments, transfers and refunds
- Follow up payments of taxes, levies.
- Attend to all phone call, emails for enquiries on registrations

Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum of a BSc/HND in any course of study.
- Good Business & financial management certification skill obtained will be added advantage
- Must have at least 2 years work
- Age must be between 24 – 27 years.
- Command an excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy- ability to work well with MS word and MS excel
- Good dress-sense.

Novelle Center is a professional health and safety training center registered and accredited by the NEBOSH and the British International Safety Organisation to offer Internationally recognised training course in Health and Safety to individuals and corporate organisations.

We are offering a 20% discount on our HSE level 1,2 and 3 courses in January and February 2015 in the following states: Rivers State, Lagos state, Osun state, Bayelsa state, Imo State, Delta State, Cross Rivers State, Akwa Ibom state, Enugu state.

Training Dates: Training course is scheduled to run on the 24th of January; 31st of January. 7th of February and 21st of February (i.e. Training course will run for 4 Saturday) by 9am daily.

Course fee: Fee and exam cost 180pounds (i.e.NGN47,000). However, candidates who register and run the courses in January and February will receive 20% discount and hence be required to pay N35,000 (covering your training and international exam)

Exam date: HSE level 3 projects will run for 1 week (i.e 7days) after completion of training and exam will hold on the 7th of March 2015.

After the international exams, the certificates will be sent down from UK to Nigeria in 28 working days.
