u see, that is the problem, rhesus factor incompatibility, the mother doesn't have Rh antigen but the father has, and the baby probably inherited the Rh antigen from the father. So during delivery, when the blood of d mother and baby came on contact, Rh antigen from the baby entered the mother whose body treated like an infection and developed antibodies to fight it. So what is happening now is that when the woman is pregnant of the Rh positive baby, antibodies in the mother treat the baby as a foreign infection thereby killing it leading to all the miscarriage. The cause of her problem Rh factor incompatibility.

She should see a doctor for further advice.

Okay sir but now she's pregnant again and she's has seen a doctor but I don't know what to expect. She's not taking any medication now because they said she will take anti D injection when gives birth. So I want to know if she really needs to take any injection now before their blood come in contact because normally the baby flushes out each time she's pregnant not to talk of when she puts to bed. Hello everyone, I don't even know if am supposed to direct it to the Nigerian Police or just seek for advice.

I noticed in my church that some many of them don't have job and because of this they always put the budding on my pastor's neck so I decided to put up an advert on olx for and put cleaning just application there for my church members... One guy called me from Ikeja and said he needs someone to come work in their company as a cleaner and I asked one church member to go and I even gave the lady transport but she refused to go...but when I noticed she didn't go for the job when she was suppose to resume i got very angry and my pastor said I should let go of that... That I can help others. So another person called me from olx and asked for a house help and I asked another girl from my church to go and this girl is married but when you see them, you will know they need help even to feed themselves. So she went to this guy at OPIC ESTATE, NO 1, MABINUORI STREET, BEFORE MAGBORO LAGOS STATE...and then the girl worked for 11 days and she said she can't be sleeping there again since she begged the guy she will need accommodation because the girls stays at Ajuwon, after Akute and the guy is paying 20k and age said she will be going home every weekend. After the first weekend the guy won't allow this go to go home to see her husband and another weekend came and the girl said she wants to go for weekend and the guy agreed and said if she's going, she should not come back again o that he will send payment for the one she has worked.

Since when the girl left, this guy never sent the money to the girl, after about 2weeks, the girl called the guy and the guy said he won't send the money because someone sent him a message and that's why he didn't send the money to her of which this girl we are talking here doesn't even know how to speak well talk more of typing. So the girl said no, she didn't send any message and she's disturbing me to pay her money because the guy won't pay...when I called this man, he said I should not call him because I wasn't the one that worked for him. So I said, one thing I hate in my life is cheating and I can even kill for my 1naira and I hate to be cheated or when someone is being cheated beside me.

He said, I shouldn't worry that he belongs to a cult group called Forgiveness is a sin and threatened my family that they will even come and rip out our tongues one by one since he knows my house....I made him understand that I have no business with him but he should pay the girl her money because I see it as cheating and if he doesn't pay, I will be the one to pay the girl...

just go to a hospital, explain to the doctor your situation, and tell them you suspect rhesus factor incompatibility and want to run rhesus factor test, both she and d husband should run the test.


However, if maybe due to financial constraint she can't afford a hospital, let her and d husband go to a lab and say they want to do Rhesus factor test. It will b cheaper. Then u can mail d result to me, I will interpret it and advice u accordingly, whether to see a doctor or not.

I am not based in Lagos so I don't know much hospitals around there.

I have a sister and she's 35years. She once had a child at the age of 22years, a boy but the boy died at the age of 5 of lots of illness. Now my sister can't conceive and when she conceives, the pregnancy will be growing and the foetus won't grow and at the end of it all, she will lose the pregnancy. She's experienced this overtimes now and she's been to several hospitals and spend so much money but to no avail. The doctors said she may be having PID bit we ran the test, there was nothing like that. The last one she had, the pregnancy was 12weeks but the foetus shows 6weeks on Scan just still like blood...the baby doesn't grow but the fluid and all will be growing and she loses it at 3months to 3 months 2 weeks mostly. Please doctors in the house, what could be the cause of this and how do we treat this. She's the only one who doesn't have a child yet and she's been married for 14years now. She feels sad when she sees our own kids pls help me make her happy.

Sorry let me use the word 'necessary' because not even everyone that is paying tithe that God is happy with. Some people are just wasting their money and it's only people that are looking for something to hide under, that always think tithe is a scam. Do you think all these pastors live on Church's tithe? Everything you see them using are given to them as seeds from people that their anointing is working for. Of course out of 100pastors maybe only 7 of them are carrying the real anointing not all because some are just into pure business. When I meet a pastor for contracts and it clicks, do you think I won't reciprocate because it's just normal even to ordinary people. When your friend is nice to you or your staff impress you at work, it's just normal to reciprocate. I have thought of not paying tithe again too but I discovered so many things of recent.
