Hello, We have your deployment schedule but you do not have a PPA, You can't be enrolled nor paid without a PPA. Proceed to meeting with your focal person to send us your PPA Schedule.

You are placed on payment Hold for some reason.

To resolve this issue, you would need to get an attestation letter signed and stamped by the head of your PPA and your focal person then forward to volunteersupport@npvn.ng

It's a process and it's ongoing. After being enrolled and your deployment letter has been sent to us from your state, you will now be scheduled for payment

You would be paid as long as you don't stop working, You would only be placed on hold if you're found wanting.

Sir, you have to be patient and wait for the normal procedure which is uploading your deployment letter and wait for when it will be approved after proper verification before being enrolled

situation warranted that I relocate to Anambra state which I did since July last year before the documentation.
I have called the the Ondo arm of the Npower to help me with the redeployment all to no avail. Truly, they have called me to come over for my documentation and I told them I don't live there anymore.
please help me out.
