I wasn't, I had an issue with my bank details then, after rectifying, normal payment started leaving me with two months backlog.

What else do I need to do to be enrolled?
I have travelled to my state capital twice to submit my posting letter yet I have not been enrolled.
The headmaster of my ppa personally called the focal person but all to no avail.
