Many of us have been loitering round the local govt since last week.

Situation here at opke local government verification center is terrible, officials r asking us to pay 1000 before we can be verified. When we refused, the officials asked us to go for 30mimutes break, they drove off and it up to one hour now we haven't seen them.

@npowerng, despite the fact that you told us to go to our LG secretariat yesterday that proper arrangements have been made for the physical verification to start, people at the Ibadan south west LG secretariat at Ibadan, Oyo state are still saying that they have not heard from npower. Kindly help us look into it please.... Thank you

pls npower address the issue of names not in the residential local government. i believe it can be sorted out easily at this PV stage since there is no redeployment. it will be difficult relocating and unfair to miss out on that basis. pls na Baba God I take beg ohh

Please there is a big problem here in Ilorin

Lists are being pasted dividing people across days, I guess to make the verification easier

But where the problem lies is majority can't find their names in their respective local government.

The whole process was so disorganized, I believe we live in a computer age. Producing the list on your website won't cost you anything.

Now they are saying we should travel to other local government areas to check our names

How will I cover 16 local governments in three days?

Sorry for being too blunt and emotional

But how is it possible that many of us reside and registered under a LGA and still can't find our names

I think I am beginning to doubt the credibility of the whole process

Or is the state ministry doing this on purpose?

Kindly come to our rescue

I did my verification exercise today at my LGA secretariat, Apapa Iganmu LG burma road Apapa to be precise and it went smoothly though a bit stressful. Kudos to the NOA officers in charge for a job well done and for later welcoming ideas and suggestions from pre-selected applicants. Additionally, applicants were not asked to pay a dime for anything. A very big thank you the Npower team for also having listening ears and allowing pre-selected applicants to check their registered LGA as this will go a long way in solving the issue of missing names. It is a testament to the transparency and the credibility of Npower.This program is arguably one of the best empowerments program in the history of Nigeria. Thank you Npower and Long Live the Federal republic of Nigeria
