Firstly, i have finally been selected into n-build 2016 program and i am also awaiting PV for n-agro 2017. If i should go ahead and complete the process for n-build will i still get the chance to retire from it when finally selected for n-agro
Secondly, i misplaced the SMS containing the password to complete registration for n-build, how can i retrieve the password please.

kudos to Npower on this empowerment programme but for the past couple of months now you've been unable to paid existing beneficiaries at when due... please address this issues on time... today is 8th of December and they've not received November stipend which can make many of them be frustrated. Remember many of them are spending on T-fare to their PPA...

I applied for n-teach, I did my physical verification on Tuesday, 5th of Dec. They only requested for ID card, birth certificate and utility bill, we were not asked for degree certificate, NYSC discharge certificate etc.
I am a bit confused, hope that wasn't n-build ( non graduate category) verification, because I over heard someone saying something like that, but ignored it, because your instructions never said anything about separate verification for different category.
Please let me know if I did the wrong verification and if so, how to correct it.
I did it at FCT Gwagwalada local government area.

I logged in for the nbuild. What I saw is two rows for phone number and password. Was the password sent in the past? Because I haven't got a message with any instruction or password.

How do I sign, being I only have my number no password?

I must appreciate every effort you'v been making in addressing some salient issues raised, especially, as it affects Volunteers of the scheme.

I just want to inquire about the fate of the 2017 pre-selected applicants whose Physical Verification(PV) was scheduled to hold between 4th - 14th December, 2017.
I'v been going to my Residential Local Goverment Secretariat, Calabar Municipality, Cross River State since Mon., Dec. 4, & I'v been receiving the same message of 'nothing is happening for now... wait till further notice'.
This, therefore, has prompted me to ask: 'if that was supposed to be the arrangement, why was there no time table in that regards to show clearly the scheduled days/dates for the respective states and local govt. secretariats?
Why are applicants continually kept in the dark, stranded and frustrated on a daily basis?
Please, I desire a genuine answer; not the usual 'NOTED'.

Please I have a friend who discovered that her AfriOne 2in1 screen has broken. The questions now are:

1. Are NPower devices under any warranty and if yes, is the warranty for AfriOne covers a broken screen. Please note that most people with AfriOne devices have same problem.
2. Can she go to the NPower support centers for this repairs or not. And if not, where can should she go to for her phone repairs.
3. And for the repair services, is she expected to pay for this type of repairs or not.

Above all, I will suggest that NPower team should review the durability of AfriOne devices as they a prone to have their screens break easily.

Please i am having an issue here, i was selected for the nbuild programme, when i logged in and entered my bank details, it took me to the place were i could pick the trade component but one of the trade wasnt having a centre, i called their line and the guy asked me to refresh the page, after refreshing it took me back to the log in page, and now i cant go to the component trade anymore because it is stock on the bank details page saying the bank details has already be filled

I know... it's for n-build that did their verification earlier. Now my own question; When exactly is the physical verification that was to start on the 4th??

From my point of view, those asking for permenancy probably are finding it hard to save a token from their stipends which l don't blame them due to the economic reality in the country. l will suggest increased in the stipend from 30k to 40k, meanwhile the volunteers would be paid 20k monthly while 20k will be saved for them which will be paid to them at point of exit from the program after 2yrs. Trust me lf this is done, 80% of the volunteers will go out to be not only entrepreneurs but employers of labor.

On the issue of device, l want to believe the device is meant to assist the volunteers to carryout their work, for 2017 beneficiaries devices should be given to them on deployment to their PPAs not probably after a year..
