You go need to get your hands dirty and unscrew the base of the ODU, that's where the sim slot is.

Your ODU seems to be mounted outside and at a good height. Begs the question of what you want to do from here. I mean, do you want to still keep the ODU at this height and have a physical sim in it or would you be removing the sim from time to time?
