Background
Democratic governance is a concept that requires the establishment of democratic institutions and procedures of democracy which, among other things, brings about respect to the principles of the separation of powers and independence of the branches of government; the exercise of power in accordance with the rule of law; respect of human rights, effective people’s participation, as well as transparent and accountable processes and institutions. The culture of democratic governance also promotes a wide scope of political participation embracing a pluralistic system of political parties, a free fair and credible electoral process, a vibrant civil society and media; and a space for equal participation of both women and men at all levels. The Democratic Governance for Development Project in Nigeria is aimed at strengthening the democratic character of Nigerian political processes and outcomes through consolidating and advancing democratic governance and accountability, to achieve the country’s stated development priorities and goals. In order to achieve this aim the project has identified four components: Promoting Credible, Transparent and Sustainable Electoral Processes; Improving the Democratic Quality of Political Engagement; Enhancing Participation by Women, Youth and other Marginalized groups; and Strengthening Channels of Civic Engagement. Celebrities / Re: Chinedu Okoli Aka Mr. Flavour N'abania Not The Father Of Bad Black's Baby by nsodo: 10:53am On May 14, 2012
nsodo: The latest so far has indicated that Chinedu Okoli aka Mr. Flavour N'abania might not be the father of Bad Black's Baby after the real father of the baby showing up. At first it was suspected the Mr. Flavour might be the father of the baby but there is this guy identified as Kim Swagger who has come out and said that Bad Black called him and informed him about the baby and wants him to name the baby.

Kim Swagger, Bad Black's Baby and Bad Black her self

This has ruled out Mr. Flavour as the likely father of the Ugandan City socialite though it has not ruled out the fact that he had a thing with her

mimifonwon: i beg its not his baby, the girl na perfect ashawo, and what money does she have to pay flavour 10k dollar, i beg make una lie to someone else. As you can see in the pic, flavour dont care, cuz it aint his baby!!! chale tell that story of baby daddy to another man, cuz chinedu aint her baby daddy. She aint even cute.

I oppose this this guy might be the father of the baby. All men have denied the responsibility. She is by the way a loaded chic with lost of cash. If you please her she gives you a gift of a car. She is very rich though still young. The fact here is that Mr. Flavour is the baby no denying.

This link affirms the fact that he is the father of the baby http://www.ugandapicks.com/2012/05/mr-flavour-nabania-and-bad-blacks-baby-71363.html
Celebrities / Mr. Flavour N'abania Still Stands Out The Only Father Of Bad Black's Baby by nsodo: 9:34am On May 10, 2012
I have read News in Uganda and found another related story about Chinedu Okoli aka Mr. Flavour N'abania fathering a baby with Bad Black. This time all the men turned against her leaving it for Mr Flavour to battle it out alone. This story also focused on the months Mr. Flavour was in Uganda and the time Bad Black gave birth.

Hahahaha are you sure Tuface is such a cheap champ. Bad Black really wanted Mr. Flavour and I think she aimed at mothering a baby with a Nigerian Celeb and have with her a Nigerian blood

Family / Re: Whats The Ideal Number Of Children One Should Have? by nsodo: 10:10am On Sep 12, 2011
The ideal number should depend on ones ability to properly look after those children but since we do not have a guarantee on sex of the child to have which forces many couples to have many children than they expected in the search of a particular sex.
