This lucky like girl from Melbourne Australia has become the envy of over 100,000 fans on instagram, thanks to her mom's amazing hair braiding skills. Shelley Gifford has been posting images of braiding art that she create on her daughter Grace's hair on the account Pretty Little Braids. She told the Daily Mail that she braid Grace's hair every morning before school, and it only takes her 15 to 20 minutes each time.

Don't be ignorant. Why is the iPhone selling so well, if it's all about 'affordability to the common man'?
Am sorry you don't know why iPhones is still selling

Let me tell you...
1. iPhone runs on a different operating system iOS and a very good one at that.
iOS being a good OS and a manufacturer proprietary closed source operating system gave her an edge over any other phone. i.e if you must use an iOS, you must buy an iPhone. So why wouldn't it sell well would have been your questions.

Imagine you're the only person that farm and sell Rice in the whole world? If people must eat rice, they must buy from you. Wouldn't it sell well no matter the price tag.

You can go ask economics the advantages of monopolizing a product.

Even Apple themselves knows that the only reason why their product still sell till date is the monopoly of their OS. And am very sorry that you're too blind to see it.

.... Apple selling well is in the US and other countries where their prices are subsidised buy their network careers

.... And about other manufacturers going down in the market is as a cause of their greed.
Compare this phones and their prices HTC one E9+, Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime,

The non Symbian Xpress Music like Nokia 5220, 5130 etc uses Nokia S40 OS with Java run time embedded on it. That enables it to run .jar files

Android ke

Sony is losing money with Android

Samsung's sales are falling

HTC is nearly bankrupt with Android

LG is struggling with phone sales.

By the time Nokia made the deal with MS, Nokia was already struggling to sell their Series 60 phones. Microsoft promised a lot of cash injection and a pledge to Nokia to allow them make a lot of changes. It was a better deal than what Google was offering.

Yes, Microsoft messed up with Windows Phone, but at the time Nokia made the decision, WP was still a viable alternative with a decent future ahead of it.

The OP is ignorant.
Those companies you mentioned are loosing it because their devices are very expensive and not affordable to a common man, because there are greedy. And Android having different varieties of devices and manufacturers gave it users a lot options to choose from.

And if Nokia should have embrace Android instead of Windows they wouldn't have made that statement today, there would have be Xiaomi or Samsung today cos their Goodwill will always protect them. Note that those days when Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson were manufacturing Symbian phones Nokia still lead the market share. Because they're innovative, there are always ahead of every other competitors

Nokia was struggling to sell their Symbian phone yes because of Android OS and that's why I personally wrote to them that there's need to adopt Android that Android is the future which they refused because of the money Microsoft is ready to offer them to partner with them. And that's why in my post I said they put money first instead of their customers and reputation forgetting that with customers they can get the money.

Microsoft is never an alternative to Android then because Microsoft is already dead and abandoned in the mortuary by Sony Ericsson and HTC who has tested it and discovered it's a plague, and Microsoft needs Nokia goodwill to revive the OS back to life, but Nokia failed to see it that way and accepted Microsoft offer because there are money conscious.

So man I think you're the one that is terribly ignorant

op, it's no about money ish, but they fail to meet the people's demand in a sky-rocket age in world of technology.
If not for the money that was offered to them by Microsoft to partner with them, there would have embrace Android.

Then I personally sent them a message listing various Nokia phones I've used including their Serial numbers to justify my claims telling them the need to embrace Android that Android is the future (Which I believe other Nokia die hard fan did same) but they blatantly refused.

Because there never put their customers first nor value their reputation...

The money was huge because all other brands HTC, Samsung etc has tested Windows Phone OS and discovered it was a plague and they all left Windows phone OS in mortuary.

Microsoft knew Nokia goodwill that people must buy one's is Nokia and that's why they choose Nokia and finally ruined them

Please if your account entered debit with GT, go and borrow money from somewhere and sort it out. It is a big dent on your integrity which can easily be found out in this era of BVN.

You can loose contracts, be denied bank loans, rejected on job interviews or even get sacked from job because of it. Account on debit is a sign of gross irresponsibility. The longer it stays the more severe the damage.

The account cannot be closed and anywhere your BVN shows up, it will show up as well.

You all know GT rate before you made that transaction, all these pretence should stop.

and FYI no one i repeat no one knows d rate he or she il be charged until d transaction flies

so kindly quit d sermon about you all know the rate bla bla bla
Well said Bro... There are the one's that suppose to pay for their incompetent (their stupidity) and not the customers....

Though I have this feelings that they did it on purpose in other to lure their customers into their dirty trap so they can charge them higher later and make dirty profit.

I just pity poor Nigerian who doesn't have a say, if it were to be in foreign country, I don't think this is going to happen, lather they will accept it as their loss and fire the person in charge.

Though it's not even a loss just that they didn't make profit since the rate is not lower than CBN official rate.

Come to think of it, when there were busy charging customers ₦380+ did they say is a system malfunction? Did they return the excess charges to the customers? God punish them.

Nokia CEO ended his speech saying this “we didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost”.

During the press conference to announce NOKIA being acquired by Microsoft, Nokia CEO ended his speech saying this “we didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost”. Upon saying that, all his management team, himself included, teared sadly.

This is what happen when you place money first, not minding your reputation and how your customers will feel.

Nokia has been a respectable company who has enjoyed goodwill for a very long time in mobile phone manufacturing business. But everything changed when they partnered with Microsoft to run third party proprietary Plague Mobile OS (Windows Phone OS) instead of the ever fast growing open source Mobile OS (Google Android OS) on their devices.

The moral of the story is that there come a time when money should not be placed first but your reputation and that of your customers.

The Apc has introduced a dangerous precedence to electioneering campaign in Nigeria. Worse still the gullible voters are not holding them accountable to these dubious promises. Henceforth in future elections political parties would be competing on who will tell the most lies to hoodwink the voters because they now know the governed are 'foolish'. Things will never be the same again.
That's the only track I love nd play in all 2Pac songs... "Changes" Because is the truth and also a prophecy and that's what Music is all about and not noise making.

Sad. The funny part is I still got an update for my S60 phone earlier today.
I pray this rumour's a lie because Whatsapp coupled with [s]long battery life is the only reason I still hold on to my old Symbiandevice.[/s]
I hate hearing those words.... Long battery life on Nokia.
Battery life depends on what you do with your phone.. Which Nokia phone haven't I used?
I started with Nokia 3230, N70, N81, N85, N97 32GB, and lastly Nokia 701 Symbian Belle not to talk of Nokia S40 3rd editions like 6300, 6303, Xpress Music series etc... None of those phone's including the Symbian phones battery last longer than Gionee M2, M3 or Infinix hot note.
Those phone's are not even subjected to the task that this listed Android phones are subjected to. for example, my 3G is always ON 24hr, and I still share the network (via hospot) across other of my devices 24hr and some times I got 30% + after a full day use

So Bro, you can find any other reason to keep your Symbian but certainly not because of battery life. Cos me too I keept my Nokia 701 after buying several other phones and dumping them, I still hold onto Nokia 701 (just like I did with my Sony Ericsson K800i) because am so much in love with the phone Nokia 701 till I find the best replacement iPhone 5s
