My cousin's husband has been diagnosed with hiv. When I heard the news I put a call to her, asking her if she has it too but she said no. The man was first diagnosed +ve last november, after he became too weak and according to her, they took it as false because she was tested negative. March again this year, the man also tested positive but she negative. I then advised her to go for another test which she did few days ago and said it is negative. My question, is it possible for the man to have it and not pass it to her, or is she just lying in fear of stigmatization?
