It's quite funny how we claim the government doesn't do much to promote industries in Nigeria. The major problem is that many aren't used to seeing the bigger picture, just a few do.

There is a massive fund sitting in BOI's treasury but so many entrepreneurs have been programmed to operate the old-fashioned way. With a readily available market and a Midas touch, that man can break bounds in that industry but from the video you would sense he feels comfortable with niche market.

Which BOI Biko? The one that extorts you before you get paid?

I'll only advise you to play safe with your 500k. There is hardly a low risk business you'll run IN PROXY and get 10% profit every month.

If he's RVS positive, it could be more than enough reason for him to be emancipated. As to if or why he was sexually abused? More revelations to come.
