Could you kindly desist from perpetuating this inaccurate narrative? If uncertain, I implore you to seek clarification. I have resided in Poland for the past three years. I pursued a legal education in Nigeria and subsequently relocated to Poland. Within a span of fewer than three months, I secured a position as a lawyer at a prestigious international firm. It is worth noting that the presence of unemployed international lawyers in Poland is a rarity, unless it is a matter of personal choice. For those possessing legal qualifications, Poland presents an exceptionally favorable environment.

The prevalent success of internationally educated lawyers, particularly those hailing from common law jurisdictions, within the confines of Poland is significantly attributable to the surging influx of global corporations establishing their roots here. Moreover, the native Polish legal practitioners are not predominantly versed in common law practices, coupled with the language barrier, thus rendering internationally trained lawyers with English proficiency highly sought after. Therefore, if you hold legal credentials, Poland beckons as a superior option, brimming with opportunities to amass corporate law expertise. In contrast, nations such as the US, Canada, and the UK are grappling with saturated legal markets, often relegating qualified professionals to roles akin to customer service.

I emphasize that my response is solely directed at the statement i've quoted, one that exhibits perilous inaccuracies. I dare to assert that two profession gainfully employed among Nigerian immigrants in Poland are "tech bros" and "lawyers" if my assertion be in error, I extend an invitation for correction. If anyone can attest to the presence of an unemployed lawyer in Poland, who relies on a "bicycle" as a means of survival I implore them to come forward and share their experience.

If you study law, agro you need to do professional courses in another field to get a job or you go ride bicycle and taxi

Temitayo295:
IQAS evaluates law degrees as a professional program, so you get more points in your express entry application, I used IQAS, and the timeline depends on when they receive your transcript, so I'll advise you to send it via courier cause apparently that is faster than email, processing time from when they received my transcript to evauation took a little over one month.

Thank you very much, Temitayo. I've sent you a direct message, I'd like to connect with you outside this platform if you don't mind.

Hello guys, Please I need your advice. Should a lawyer use WES or IQAS for their evaluation? What is the processing time of IQAS? Please, I will really appreciate any response.
